107年臺中市老舊柴油大型車汰除與加裝濾煙器補助審查計畫

中文摘要 為了加速淘汰高污染老舊柴油車，臺中市政府環境保護局舉辦說明老舊柴油大型車汰舊補助及加裝濾煙器推廣低污染車輛之宣導說明會，及列出潛在300家次濾煙器使用對象名單進行電話宣導與實際拜訪宣導，藉此民眾可進一步了解相關補助訊息及讓使用中之柴油車達到排放標準，以維護國民健康、並提升生活品質，達到環境清淨。 本計畫已受理1,864件一、二期大型柴油車汰舊補助申請，另三期大型柴油車加裝濾煙器申請受理數為15件，並於107年6月18日、6月28日、12月12日舉行宣導說明會（共計3場次），另為了增加補助訊息的曝光率，已提送3則新聞稿進環保局，其107年11月30日前將完成潛在300家次濾煙器使用對象名單之電話訪查與實際宣導作業。 後續建議未來推廣作業俟環保署相關補助配套措施定案後，才以利後續補助案業務執行宣導及推廣。

Subvention Review Plan for the Elimination Old Diesel Vehicles and Installation of Diesel Particulate Filter in Taichung City, 2018.

英文摘要 In order to accelerate the elimination of high-pollution old diesel vehicles. Taichung Environmental Protection Bureau held a subsidy meeting of old diesel vehicle replacement and diesel particulate filter, listed 300 potential particulate filter users to visit and inform them the policy of subsidy which helped the old diesel reach standard emission. This project keeps national health, improve the quality of living and achieve environment clean. The elimination old diesel vehicles application document accepted 1,864 pieces and 15 pieces of diesel particulate filter application and also held three meetings on June 18, June 28, December 12, 2108. In order to increase the exposure rate of the subvention message, 3 press releases have been submitted to the Environmental Protection Bureau Taichung City. The situation of the filter user, 300 pieces, will be done by November 30, 2018. Future promotion proposals, waiting for the relevant subvention program of the Environmental Protection Administration (Taiwan) to be determined, will facilitate the implementation of relevant project propaganda and promotion.
