The project conducts the establishment of “Complete and Rich Resources Welfare Station” and image reformation work aiming at 10 villages which are interested in the resources recycling work. The executive team of this project has implemented on field survey after helping Environmental Protection Bureau with application review and preliminary screen to ensure the completeness of application information. The project team provides 1,570 propaganda brochures to each station, allowing village resources recycling station to initiate and maintain the operation. Through the community space vitalization and integrated resources recycling plan, it is expected to achieve the goal of sustainable autonomous operation. In this year, we further invite 2017 quality “Huwei Lianshi Village Complete and Rich Resources Welfare Station” as subject of observation to enhance the coherence and identification of county people toward resources restyling work. Meanwhile, it provides the newly established resources recycling stations a subject for learning and imitation.
The newly established village resources recycling stations in 2018 may still recycle 249.3 kg resources items even the operation time and promotion work was hasty in June. It represents that the community resources recycling stations are still have incentive and potential as sufficient in term of convenience and exchange system. It is expected to continue the promotion, allowing resources recycling work become an exercise for all people and achieve “people enjoy the feedback, additional budge for village and zero resource waste” such win-win situation.
