107年度港區空氣污染物變化趨勢調查及船舶油品管制暨港區貨櫃跨載機具加裝濾煙器評估調查計畫

中文摘要 本計畫之工作項目區分為執行港區船舶污染管控、港區有害空氣污染物變化趨勢調查、港區即時氣象監測資訊收集等三大項。透過船舶油品檢測作業,進行油品含硫量分析;藉由有害空氣污染物項目包含周界細懸浮微粒(PM2.5)及周界揮發性有機污染物(VOCs)採樣作業與監測結果,進行化學成分分析,推估細懸浮微粒貢獻量及貢獻率;進行即時氣象監測資訊收集,以利進行港區監測作業如VOCs連續自動監測之風向來源比對,藉此瞭解污染物來源及流布,並執行港區貨櫃跨載機具加裝濾煙器評估調查作業,做為未來要求港區設置跨載機具濾煙器之參考依據,協助基隆港以維持綠色港埠目標邁進。

英文摘要 The project's work items are divided into three major items: the implementation of ship pollution control in the port area, the survey of the trend of harmful air pollutants in the port area, and the collection of real-time weather monitoring information in the port area. Analyze the sulphur content of oil products through the ship's oil product testing operations; through the harmful air pollutant project including the perimeter fine suspended particles (PM2.5) and perimeter volatile organic pollutants (VOCs) sampling operations and monitoring results Carry out chemical composition analysis to estimate the contribution and rate of fine suspended particulates; collect real-time meteorological monitoring information to facilitate the comparison of wind direction sources for monitoring operations in the port area, such as continuous automatic monitoring of VOCs, to understand the source and distribution of pollutants And carry out the assessment and investigation of the installation of smoke filters in containerized cargo carriers in the port area as a reference for the future requirements of the port area to set up smoke filters in the cargo area to assist Keelung Port to maintain the goal of maintaining a green port.
