107年度空氣品質淨化區維護管理及社區生態綠化推廣計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫主要工作內容包含空氣品質淨化區維護管理、環境綠化推廣、裸露地調查等3大項。 空氣品質淨化區環保署補助61處，環保局補助14處，合計75處，總計59.5公頃，道路綠化18.9公里。 107年度(107年9月至108年3月)查核150處次，符合目標。查核、考評均有相片、紀錄為憑。 辦理維護管理及申請設置淨化區說明會一場次，共計18個單位參與。辦理年終評鑑作業，共計8處淨化區基地獲獎，安排獎牌頒發。 辦理空氣品質淨化區常見植物病蟲害解析說明會一場次，提升維護人員對植物病除害的基礎識別。執行碳匯調查11處，計3,074株，碳吸存量為488.1噸CO2。 於107年11月15日由環保署舉辦空氣品質淨化區認養績優單位頒獎典禮，由二崙鄉崙西社區及虎尾鎮西屯社區獲獎。辦理空氣品質淨化區基地健診調查4處，並改善其中2處。 執行社區生態綠化推廣作業，完成社區綠美化推廣建置說明會3場次，均為假日場次(東勢鄉月眉社區、古坑鄉咖啡節及麥寮鄉海豐社區)，提供相關宣導品發送。執行二崙社區苗圃後續運作及維護現況追蹤，共計執行1次。 執行一般裸露地清查作業，共調查160處次，裸露地面積約31.8公頃；執行測站周邊五公里範圍裸露地清查，共77處次，裸露地面積約28.5公頃；完成2處次裸露地改善作業，採用稻草蓆覆蓋，整體改善面積為1.04公頃。 透過上述的執行成果，本計畫已達成階段性計畫目標，如執行淨化區之基地考核、輔導及評鑑作業，已提升空品區的整體維護成效，綠覆率推估提升12%。另病蟲害基地的現勘健診及改善2處、新增空氣品質淨化區1處，增加綠覆面積1.16公頃；執行碳吸存量的調查，增加吸收二氧化碳148.6噸；透過裸露地調查作業，執行輔導公有地改善作業，共計改善達1.04公頃，發揮揚塵防制的效益。 | ||

2018 Maintenance and Management of Air Quality Purification Areas and Promotion Project for Eco-Greening Communities
| 英文摘要 | This project includes mainly three major items, namely the maintenance and management of air quality purification areas, the promotion of environmental greening, and the survey on Exposed area. Among the 75 air quality purification areas, totaling 59.5 hectares, 61 were subsidized by the Environmental Protection Administration and 14 by the Environmental Protection Bureau. In addition, trees were planted along the roads for 18.9 kilometers. In fiscal year 2018(July 2018 to June 2019), 150 inspections were conducted, exceeding the original target of 230. A seminary on how to maintain and manage and apply for the air purification area was hosted, in which 18 units participated. In the year-end performance assessments, 8 air purification bases were awarded with medals. A seminary to analyze the plant diseases and insect pests commonly seen in the air quality purification areas was held in a hope to improve the basic capability of our maintenance personnel to identify and treat plant diseases. Surveys on carbon sequestration were carried out at 11 places, accounting for 3,074 strains and capturing 488.1 tons of CO2. On November 15, 2018, the Environmental Protection Administration held an award ceremony for the excellent adoption units of air quality purification areas. The awards were granted to the Lunxi Community in Erlun Township and the Xitun Community in Huwei Township. Moreover, health surveys were conducted at 4 air quality purification bases, of which 2 were improved of their air quality. To promote the eco-greening communities, we issued1 press releases (reports) and hosted 3 briefing sessions to promote the community-greening and beautification construction projects, including 3 holiday sessions. We also carried out for three times the follow-up operation and maintenance of the Community Garden Program at the Erlun Community. We also took inventory of 160 ordinary Exposed area, amounting to about 31.8 hectares; inspected 77 Exposed area within a radius of 5 kilometers around the station, amounting to about 21.5 hectares of Exposed area; and completed improvement projects on 2 Exposed area, amounting to an overall improvement area of 1.04 hectares. | ||
