The main objectives of the project include: diesel vehicle related control operations, parking idling and flameout propaganda and auditing operations, green transportation tools and transportation promotion and operation, and coordination with various administrative services within the bureau. The statistical period of the final report is from March 1st, 2018 to December 31st, 2018. The results of each work performance are summarized as follows:
Diesel vehicle control operation
Statistics is calculated till December 31st, 2018, completing 2,530 diesel vehicle inspections, 16,965 vehicles for visual inspection and license plate identification, 605 vehicles for visual inspection of smoke, and 1,240 vehicles for roadside inspections, reaching 512 cars. In order to strengthen the control of high-pollution vehicles, the project strengthened the implementation of roadside inspection and inspection operations. The number of inspections was as many as 142 times. The main inspection targets were mainly 1-3rd-phase vehicles, and the inspection was carried out in conjunction with the control of air quality maintenance zone. The vehicle were inspected with the interception operation, and the unqualified rate dropped from 23.4% in 2016 to 9.7%, without any tour bus failing. Illegal oil inspection
When the project is combined with the diesel vehicle plan to detect on the roadside and in the power station, the oil product inspection is carried out on a vehicle-by-vehicle basis, and samples are tested for abnormal color or odor. The statistical plan began on December 31st, 2018. There were 793 vehicles in the roadside inspection and 116 samples obtained. The power station inspected 1,825 vehicles and 34 samples. The total number of inspections was 2,618 and 150 samples, of which one oil was not qualified for its sulfur content.
Diesel vehicle insurance- and inspection-in-one
The project carried out inspection visits to certified maintenance factories and four consultant visits to analyze the return rate of the vehicles from the station inspection to the certification maintenance factory, and explained the relevant control contents after the amendment of the air pollution law this year, and hoped the maintenance factory encourages the vehicle owner to install the certified smoke filter; on November 15th, the relevant maintenance test was carried out at the certified maintenance factory. The operator using the opacimeter was only 0.1m away from the regulation including Pingtung Bus and Hongcheng injectors. On the other hand, Changyuan Automobile and Yuyi Automobile, which use paper filter smoke meters, exceed the standard deviation by 3%. Diesel vehicle quality control and management
This year, TAF has completed the evaluation of the extension on March 23rd, 2018. For the quality, technical committee members has mentioned the flaw of 3B2C. Parking idling and extinguishing propaganda and inspection operations

Statistics shows that till December 31st, 3,123 vehicles have been advised or distributed the propaganda products. Low-pollution vehicle promotion operation
The project is aimed at promoting the operation of low-pollution vehicles. It mainly assists the Environmental Protection Agency in promoting electric bus planning, public bicycle promotion and mastery, current electric bus transportation volume control, electric motor vehicle promotion and environmental protection fleet promotion operations. In order to assist in the promotion of electric buses, the company coordinated with the county government's urban and rural development department and sought relevant funds from the Environmental Protection Agency. The new route of Pingtung City, which was originally scheduled to operate on the fuel bus, was operated by electric bus and added Pingtung City Yellow bus operation mode. In addition to the campus shuttle bus, via the Pingtung bus and Pingtung University of Science and Technology also signed an electric bus connection contract. As for public bicycles, there are 32 bicycle rental stations in 2018, with the number of 761. Air quality maintenance area promoting results
In line with the key policies of the EPD and the planning schemes of this bureau in recent years, the project has targeted the popular attractions in the county such as Kenting, Xiaoliuqiu, Aboriginal Cultural Park and Liudui Hakka Cultural Park,…etc., to promote high-polluting vehicle control in the air quality maintenance area every year. The Kenting area is the first area to promote this policy. According to the regular inspection and control operations in the air quality maintenance area, stricter promotion of vehicle control measures are facilitated. The roadside inspection of large diesel vehicles in Kenting area has made the disqualified rate drop to 9.7% from 23.4% in 2016. There is a significant reduction in the number of highly polluting vehicles, and no tour bus is unqualified; and the Xiaoliuqiu area is also coordinated with the control. The official diesel vehicles have been implemented from the initial coordination, optimized to accept the routine of this department's exhaust smoke inspection. This year, on October 26th, the diesel vehicle inspection operation was carried out, and a total of 13 vehicles were inspected, three of which were unqualified and required maintenance. The Aboriginal Cultural Park was officially implemented on January 1st, 2018. According to the license plate recognition system, it was found that the 5-phase 1,290 vehicles were the largest, accounting for 53.6% of the total. The main control targets were 701 vehicles in the 1st to 3rd phases, accounting for 29.1% of the total, which was a high proportion.
