107年度土壤及地下水污染調查及查證工作計畫-彰化縣
| 中文摘要 | 工作事項內容為地下水水質監測及維護、達監測標準農地重金屬定期監測、有污染疑慮之工廠、地下儲槽系統及中央主管機關公告事業調查與查證、污染場址監督查核及驗證與定期監測、民眾陳情及緊急應變等項目。履約期限為自107年01月01日至11月30日完成，工作成果摘要如下。 1.地下水水質監測及監測井維護 (1)場置性及區域性監測井維護 計畫完成122口次區域性及場置性監測井巡查及維護，7處監測井外觀修繕、3口監測井井體設施修復、12口監測井井況評估、6口監測井再次完井、5口監測井異物排除及5口次廢井。 (2)枯水期和豐水期地下水質監測 完成29井次監測井檢測，有27口次監測井部分項目超過「地下水污染監測標準」。 2.有污染疑慮之工廠及中央主管機關公告事業調查與查證工作 有污染疑慮之工廠調查完成6家工廠之現勘與訪談，進廠調查5家業者，5家工廠土壤調查結果均超過土壤污染管制標準；中央主管機關公告事業調查與查證共執行19家現勘，其中13家執行土壤污染調查，調查結果有5家土壤超過土壤污染管制標準。 3.達監測標準農地重金屬監測 農地調查完成254筆農地坵塊監測，結果20筆農地坵塊超過食用作物農地之管制標準值，並已完成剷除及公告列管。 4.污染場址監督查核、驗證及定期監測工作 完成690次場址巡查。場址驗證完成24處次驗證，完成2處達監測標準場址(非農地)之定期監測。 5.民眾陳情及緊急應變作業 民眾陳情及緊急應變完成15場次調查。 | ||

The Survey of the Soil and Groundwater Contamination in Chang-hua County in 2018
| 英文摘要 | For the environmental sustainability, the program of “The Survey of Soil and Groundwater Contamination in Changhua county in 2018” has been advanced, which involves groundwater monitoring wells maintenance and groundwater investigation, unlisted farmland reexamine, potential polluting factory investigation, to supervise and verify pollution remediation of contaminated sites, dealing with emergency cases, and administrative assistances. The plan had been executed from January 1st 2018 to November 30th 2018, and the results of implementation are summarized as follows: At first, the task of groundwater monitoring wells inspection has been implemented twice this year and there were totally 10 maintenance works finished. All slug tests of groundwater monitoring wells were completed, and six purges and five foreign matter exclusion of monitoring well were implemented according to the slug test results. Besides, there were 29 monitoring wells surveys accomplished in both dry and wet season, and besides the monitoring wells of N00281, N00282 and N00283，the results all less than Groundwater Pollution Control Standards. There were 254 farmlands finished sampling for regular monitoring, and the analysis results showed 20 farmlands exceeded Soil Pollution Control Standards. In addition, the work team explored 19 factories with pollution potential in Changhua County. According to the exploration, there were 23 plants chosen and sampled, and the results demonstrated 10 factories’ soil samples over the control standards. With respect to the mission of to supervise and verify pollution remediation of polluted sites, those sites had been examined at least bimonthly, and there were 24 listed sites completed verification and 2 sites sampled for regular monitoring.
