107-108年環境用藥劑型分類及應用計畫_108年期末報告
| 中文摘要 | 參考聯合國糧食與農業組織和世界衛生組織農藥標準聯席會議、作物永續發展協會（Crop Life）、澳洲（Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA)）、國內農藥標準規格準則、中華人民共和國國家標準GBT 19378-2017所公告之劑型定義以及現有環境用藥產品狀況，提出劑型種類建議及定義共47種。檢視環境用藥輸入許可證，依據調和劑型定義檢視產品配方、外觀及使用方式並提出建議劑型歸類方案。提出11種劑型建議檢驗項目、檢驗方法及標準規格。參照FAO/WHO JMPS及農藥標準規格準則規範之規格項目及檢驗方法對11種劑型市售產品進行抽驗分析。粉劑產品抽檢合格率為87.5%。粒劑產品抽檢結果合格率為55.5%。片劑產品完整性平均98.3%。可濕性粉劑產品起泡性未合格，其餘項目皆符合規範。水分散性粒劑產品懸浮率檢測未符合；起泡性、水溼性及細度（溼篩試驗）檢測合格。液劑產品檢測合格率為63.64%。乳劑產品檢測合格率均為100%。水基乳劑產品檢測乳化安定性與起泡性，乳化安定性合格率為100%，起泡性合格率為77.78%。水懸劑產品檢測結果，化學合成有效成分成品合格率為100%；微生物製劑成品合格率0%。膠囊懸著劑產品合格率為100%。超低容量液劑產品檢測黏度，尚未有規格標準，無未符合情事。 | ||

2018-2019 Classification and Application of Formulation Types of Public Health Pesticide
| 英文摘要 | FAO/WHO Joint Meeting on Pesticide Specification (JMPS), Crop Life, Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), Taiwan Agro-pesticides Management Act and China GB/T 19378-2107 respectively have defined their preparation (formulation) types and codes. Harmonizing with the international codes and definitions to propose 47 formulation types for environmental pesticides. Re-evaluating imported products registered under TEPA by products appearance, formula and usage to proposed a new classification. A proposal of specification items, standards and methods for nominated 11 formulation types is implemented for survey. The unqualified rate of Dustable powders products is 12.5%. The unqualified rate of Granual is 55.6%. The tablet integrity of Tablet for direct Application is 98.3%. Wettable powders products is failed on persistent foam and 0% unqualified rate on the others. Water-dispersible Granules sample is failed on suspensibility. The unqualified rate of Soluble concentrates sample is 36.36. The unqualified rate of Emulsifiable concentrates samples is 0%. The unqualified rate of Emulsions, oil in water samples on persistent foam is 22.22%. The unqualified rate of Aqueous suspension concentrates is 0% and 100% unqualified rate of biopesticides. The unqualified rate of Aqueous capsule suspensions sample is 0%. No reference standard on Viscosity for Ultra-low volume liquid. | ||
