107年度嘉義市推動室內空氣品質維護管理宣導計畫
| 中文摘要 | 嘉義市政府環境保護局推廣室內空氣品質維護管理政策觀念與工作事項，包含辦理宣導說明會2場次，邀請專業講座針對室內空氣品質法令、權責義務、維護管理及改善方法等內容進行說明；另透過100處(200處次)巡檢作業、15處場所室內空氣品質標準方法檢測，以及2處公告場所二氧化碳連續監測等方式，協助轄區內公告及非公告場所掌握室內空氣品質現況，同時輔導建立維護管理計畫內容，提供相關法令與維護管理建議，以為護良好室內空氣品質。針對100處(200處次)場所巡檢結果，共計49處次呈現異常；15處場所室內空氣品質標準方法檢測則有3處場所不合格，為嘉義市國民運動中心(CO2: 1486 ppm、細菌:2179 CFU/m3)、嘉義市兒童福利服務中心(細菌:4865 CFU/m3)及逐鹿炭火燒肉(PM2.5:48 μg/m3)，後續複查結果已符合標準；另針對歷年2處高風險二氧化碳不合格或異常之公告場所，進行為期一週之二氧化碳連續監測，後續則依據監測結果提供改善與維護管理建議。本年度檢測異常或不合格之場所，除透過跨局處協助提醒及定期現場訪查進行追蹤外，亦委請室內空氣品質相關領域之專家學者，進行現場維護管理現場輔導，針對檢測異常、不合格與維護管理欠佳等問題點，提供實質改善建議，共計輔導12家次場所。各項工作事項皆適時配合中央政策推動進行調整，並參考國內、外執行技術與文獻，統整各局處資源，共同推動、管制本市優良室內空氣品質政策。 | ||
