This project primarily focuses on the effectiveness of the implementation of household wastewater management and reduction guidance measures, and to do so, we have researched the overall control strategy framework and short-term, medium-term, and long-term planning and support scheme. Based on the characteristics of various wastewater sources, we suggest a feasible promotion plan for four kinds of domestic sewage-reduction measures.
We carried out our research by reviewing the number of enlisted institutes in the community-specific sewage sewer system in each county and then by tracking, reviewing, and implementing the context of authorized management and assessing the feasible start-up mode of the blower. Furthermore, we developed the upgrade plan and then consulted with 20 community sewage treatment facilities.
To assist the Environmental Protection Administration with consolidating the results of the 2018 Domestic Sewage Reduction Project for 2017 and the first half 2018, a draft for the Domestic Sewage Reduction Project for 2019 should be formulated. In this research, the model of standard contract terms for the entrusted operation for the community sewage treatment facilities is adjusted and will be approved and as a reference for the community.
In response to the promotion of environmental education so that people will save water and reduce pollution, we have compiled 3,500 copies of the Sewage Reduction Manual in the popular community version, as well as produced shorter versions on the following four major issues for follow-up guidance: disposed medicines, food waste disposal, greasy dishes and bowls, and slurry suction and pumping. In addition to the 2-D graphic presentation, network celebrities are invited to assist in the shooting of promotional films.
