107年度環境教育設施場所整合推廣專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫以環境教育設施場所的環境教育資源為核心,運用推廣手法,推動環境議題生活化,以增進公眾關注及參與,進而提升國民環境素養,以達環境永續發展之目標。工作項目包括: 擬定環教推廣策略規劃; 彙整開發及推廣環境教育產品;辦理環境教育推廣活動;蒐集環境議題與資訊;辦理文宣平臺會議。計畫成果如下: (一) 擬定環教推廣策略規劃 1.共召開17場次諮商會議。會議主題包含:環教場所教學路線規劃與遴選、環境新聞媒體觀測分析與應用、「E 起趣教遊」環境教育教學路線規劃、環境教育設施場所整合推廣等。 2.與會對象:涵蓋產、官、學、研等專業人士。專業領域涵蓋環境教育、觀光遊憩、行銷推廣、媒體傳播、環境保護等。共計51位委員出席。 3.訂定環境教育產品的主題為「E 起趣教遊」,規劃出10 條環教教學路線,主題包含空氣污染、減塑、海廢、文化保存、氣候變遷、人與環境共生等。活動天數分別為單日、兩日及三日。 4.「E起趣教遊」以品牌概念,結合「E 起趣教遊」相關文宣素材(環教場所手冊、影片、路線圖等)、透過維運資訊交流平臺,配合環訓所環教場所補捐助活動及網路方式進行推廣。 (二)彙整開發及推廣環境教育相關產品 1.更新106 年彙編的25 條「綠色旅遊教學路線」資訊。 2.增修175 處環境教育設施場所之電子手冊檔案。 3.維運「E起趣教遊」網站。以地圖的視覺概念呈現環境教育設施場所的位置,串聯場域特色故事,並提供路線食宿遊購行資訊。 (三)辦理環境教育產品推廣活動 1.辦理「E 起趣教遊」環境教育教學路線試行暨影片拍攝活動共10 場次,包含5場單日活動、4 場兩日活動,以及1 場三天活動。 2.「E起趣教遊」環境教育教學路線試行暨影片拍攝活動共有92人次參與。參與人員類別:專家學者、環境教育設施場所、政府單位代表、環保屬性之公司、非營利單位、旅遊業者、環教志工、媒體等。並獲得參與者參與心得與 回饋建議。 3.拍攝並剪輯10 支「E 起趣教遊」環境教育教學路線系列影片、製作「E 起趣教遊」環境教育教學路線圖與文案共11 個。將影片置於網路平臺,並請參與者於網路分享體驗報導。 4.配合貴所107 年11 月13 日辦理之「2018 年度環境教育成果分享會-秋豐的慶典,共享環境教育的豐碩果實」活動,於活動現場辦理「E 起趣教遊」10條環境教育教學路線影片首映。於11月17日至11月19日於「愛環客」FB粉絲團,辦理「E起趣教遊-選出你最愛的環境教育教學路線」網路抽獎活動。 (四)提供環境議題即時搜尋服務 每日定期彙整及提供環境議題新聞報導即時資訊,協助 貴所隨時掌控環境熱門議題及民眾反應。彙整分析107 年度熱門環境議題,並將熱門環境議題之輿情討論分析,作為本計畫之專家諮商會議、環境教育教學路線規劃、活動 辦理及環境教育推廣之參考資料。 (五)辦理文宣平臺幕僚作業相關會議 本計畫已協助辦理11 場次文宣平臺幕僚相關會議工作。

The 2018 Integration and Promotion of Environmental Education Facilities and Venues

英文摘要 This project promotes environmental issue put it into practice through the propaganda of environmental education facilities and venues. It aims to achieve sustainable development by raising public recognition and participation, improving civic literacy as well. Tasks of this project include 1. formulating the environmental education promotion strategy; 2.integrating, developing and promoting the product of environmental education; 3.organizing environmental education events; 4. collecting environmental issue and information; 5. organizing meetings for the theme of posters. The outcomes of this project show as follow: 1.Formulating the environmental education promotion strategy (1)Organizing 17 consultation meetings regarding the plan and select environmental education tours, analysis and application environmental news, design "Let's Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" sightseeing routes, integrate and promote environmental education facilities and venues. (2)Participants to the consultation meetings include government-industry-university-institute experts.The professions contain environmental education, tourism and recreation, marketing, mass communication, and environmental protection. In total, 51 professionals participated in meetings. (3)Designing the product of environmental education "Let’s Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" include 10 routes. Topics are about air pollution, plastic reduction, marine waste disposal, cultural conservation, climate change, and environment symbiosis. Environmental education routes’ range from one day to three days. (1)"Let’s Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" is promoted with the concept of brand, related posters (handbook, videos, and routes), a platform for exchanging information, the subsidy from Environmental Professionals Training Institute, and internet. 2.Integrating, developing and promoting the product of environmental education (1)Updating 25 "Green Tourism and Education Routes" which designed in 2017. (2)Adding 175 electronic manual files of environmental education facilities and venues. (3)Operating "Let’s Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" website. Presenting the sites with the map, connecting local stories, and offer information about food, room, trip, shop, and traffic. 3.Organizing environmental education product promotion events (1)Organizing ten "Let’s Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" try out and shooting tours. Including five one-day tours, four two-day tours, and one three-day tour. (2)In total, 92 participated in tours. They are experts, representative of environmental education facilities and venues, bureaucracies, environment-friendly companies, NPOs, people engaged in the tourism industry, environmental education volunteers, and the media. And offering response and feedback. (3)Shooting and editing 10 "Let’s Go Out Together for Environmental Education Tour" routes videos, designing 11 map posters as well. And update on the internet platform, inviting the participant to share their feedback. (4)Assisting Environmental Professionals Training Institute to organize "2018 Environmental Education Achievement Sharing" event on 13th November 2018, a premiere of ten environmental education routes videos. 17th to 19th November, launching "Chose Your Favorite Environmental Education Routes" lucky draw event on the Envi-Lovers social media platform. 4.Instant search service of the environmental issue Collecting environmental news daily to assist institute to has hot issues and public opinions in hand. And analyzing hot environmental issues of 2018, then merging them into the topics of consultation meetings, the design environmental education routes, and the concept of events at the same time. 5.Organizing meetings for the theme of posters This project has organized consultation meetings eleven times.
