107年應用遙測科技工具與提升蒐證技術工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要內容係利用歷史衛星影像以及無人駕駛航空器系統(Unmanned Aircraft Systems, UAS)、地面光達(LiDAR)等遙測技術進行環境污染蒐證調查,目標為提供相關之污染佐證資料,協助環保署進行環境污染事件蒐證工作。 1.本年度執行成果包含運用遙測科技(衛星影像)協助環保署調查案件進行蒐證共7次(其中包含6次運用無人駕駛航空器系統系統拍攝工作及1次地面光達測量),案件內容包含廢棄物調查與環境調查。 2.辦理應用遙測科技工具訓練教學及討論會,共計完成6次UAS現場技術教學、1次LiDAR現場技術教學,介紹UAS、LiDAR的特性、使用時機,進而提升環保人員的專業能力。

The project on the application of remote sensing technologies to enhance environmental investigation ability of year 2018

英文摘要 This project aims at applying historical satellite imagery, as well as images acquired from Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) and LiDAR to monitor environmental pollution. The objective of this project is to apply remote sensing technology to environmental investigations. The imagery data can be used as the evidence to clarify liabilities on the damages caused. 1.The accomplishments in the project in 2018 include using remote sensing technology (satellite images) to carry out a 7-time data and evidence collection events for Environmental Protection Administration (including using unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) acquisition for 6 times and light detection and ranging (LIDAR) for 1 time). The incidents include waste disposal cases and environmental investigations. 2.Holding training workshops and seminars using the application on remote sensing technology, including 6-time of UAS operation training on site and 1-time LiDAR operation training on site. UAS and LiDAR characteristics and application timing were also introduced to the EPA technicians and field investigators.
