107年環保稽查處分系統及刑事移送系統功能提升精進工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本年度各工作項目執行主要成果如下： 一、維持原系統正常運作 完成使用者的反應問題與需求工作項目、配合各節慶進行首頁網頁美工風格更新作業。 二、持續推動與強化各系統介接工作 本年度已完成飲用水系統新增裁處資料欄位、新增新北稽查在線系統(NTEPS)案件全自動介接、新增臺北市智慧支付平台介接環保罰鍰案件、新增新北市違反廢棄物清理法案件管理資訊系統一鍵匯入告發作業。 三、刑事移送系統功能提升工作 本年度配合法務部及司法院刑案系統欄位對應，分別完成全自動導入起訴終結情形及刑案裁判結果資料，以利移送端及管理端可即時取得案件進程資訊。 四、督察績效作業功能化工作 本年度已依三區大隊各式報表配合公務報表統計邏輯，整合統一欄位定義並開發組合式查詢報表，以利降低檢核時間及錯誤、提升人力運用質量。 五、系統輔導與推廣 本年度辦理完成6場次教育訓練及5場次系統管理員會議，另配合其他業務單位需求提供教育訓練課程說明，以提升作業效率及正確性。 上述各項工作的執行除了依合約要求來辦理之外，本計畫更秉持著好要更好的服務精神，盡量在各工作項目上滿足各方要求，讓使用者與管理者都能享受到系統所帶來的便利。 | ||

2018 Functional Improvement Plan for the Environmental Enforcement Management System and Criminal Case Prosecution System
| 英文摘要 | The execution of this year's work plans yielded the following primary achievements: 1.Sustain the normal operation of the original system. We completed handling the issues raised in user's feedback and work tickets, and refreshed the artwork on our homepage to reflect the spirit of each holiday. 2.Continue to promote and strengthen the interface between systems. In this fiscal year we completed the column for the locations of newly installed drinking fountains, the fully automated interface of NTEPS, the interface between Taipei City’s smart payment platform and environmental penalties cases, and the one-key import operation of cases from the system for the violation of waste disposal regulations in New Taipei City. 3.The functionality improvement project for the submission of criminal cases In this fiscal year, we matched columns in systems in Ministry of Justice and Judicial Yuan and completed the automated import of final prosecutions and final decisions on criminal cases, respectively, to help the submission end and the management end to instantaneously obtain the progression status of cases. 4.We made it a function to improve the effectiveness of inspection In this fiscal year, based on the reporting logic of public statistics, we mapped the reports from the three primary battalions into a common column definition and developed reports for combination queries. This can reduce the amount of time needed to cross examine their reports, lower error rates, and elevate the quality of human resources utilization. 5.System training and promotion In this fiscal year, we hosted six training sessions and five meetings of system administrators. We additionally provided training courses for other business units to improve the efficiency and accuracy of their operations. In addition to executing the above work items in accordance with the contract, this project, in the spirit of constantly doing better, has tried its best to satisfy the various demands of interested parties on work items so that both users and administrators may enjoy the convenience of this system. | ||
