廢輪胎橡膠瀝青工廠化建廠技術研發

中文摘要 為開拓廢輪胎多元再利用方式,環保署推動廢輪胎橡膠瀝青計畫,並引進成套移動式橡膠瀝青拌製設備,陸續完成國道1號、台61線…等鋪築實績。本計畫研發發想,為能拓展橡膠瀝青材料多樣化技術,提升供給便利性,參考美國與中國等地區橡膠瀝青發展經驗,建議可朝向橡膠瀝青工廠化方式,供應橡膠瀝青成品至瀝青廠內,將可大大提升使用便利性,更能促其推廣與應用。援此,本計畫工作項目主要分為三部分:(一)彙整廢輪胎橡膠瀝青工廠化實務應用論證,以建立國內實務應用之參考依據:參考國外廢輪胎橡膠瀝青工廠化實務技術及推廣應用經驗,經由控制橡膠粉種類及含量、拌製的剪切速率、拌製溫度等提升均值性,配合化學處理方式提升穩定性,以得到近似均值的橡膠瀝青油。(二)進行國內業界配合橡膠瀝青工廠化建廠之意願徵詢,以建立產研合作平台。(三)透過橡膠瀝青工廠化建廠推動平台,進行國內建廠技術評估,瞭解推動問題與對策,以研提建廠藍圖經上述計畫工作項目,彙整國內外技術資訊,確認廢輪胎橡膠瀝青生產型態與現存改質(或乳化)瀝青雷同,關鍵製程設備差異在於油粉快速攪拌、膠體研磨、異味防制等三大項。並且藉由產研平台相關行業專業人員,考量國內技術條件研討四種建廠方案。其中,考量評估結果以「與一般瀝青混凝土廠搭配設廠」的方式,最具可行性。

Research and Development on Factory Construction Technology of Waste Tire Rubber Asphalt

英文摘要 In order to develop the multiple reuse ways of waste, the Environment Protection Administration promoted the waste tire rubber asphalt project, and introduced a complete set of mobile rubber asphalt blending facility, to get the achievement of finishing the paving of National Highway No. 1, No. 61 Highway etc. The research and development thinking of this project is to develop the diversified technology of rubber asphalt material, improve the convenience of supply, and consult the development experiences of the United States, Mainland China etc. It is recommended to establish the rubber asphalt factory, to supply the rubber asphalt product to the asphalt factory. It will be able to increase the use convenience and accelerate the promotion and application. Therefore, the work items of this project are mainly divided into 3 parts: (1) Collect the application practice validation of waste tire rubber asphalt factory, in order to set up the reference basis of domestic practical application: Refer to the practical technology and application experiences of foreign waste tire rubber asphalt factories, in order to get approximate homogeneous and stable rubber asphalt oil through controlling the crumb rubber category and content, shearing speed of blending, blending temperature and chemical treatment etc. (2) Carry on the willing inquiry for the setup of rubber asphalt factory by the domestic industry, in order to create the cooperative platform of production and research. (3) Through the promotion platform of rubber asphalt factories, to carry on the domestic factory construction technology assessment, understand the promotion problems and countermeasures, in order to propose the blueprint of factory construction: The promotion of factory construction can be divided into two stages. One is to cooperate with the production of modified asphalt factory. Produce the factorized rubber asphalt through the modified asphalt technology, to achieve the validated stage of suitable rubber asphalt pavement.
