107年度基隆市推廣低碳生活暨節能綠化補助行動計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本項計畫推動的目標就是深化教育民眾對於低碳的認知，喚起民眾對於氣候變遷議題的重視，進而從日常生活中落實。計畫內容主要分為兩個部分，1.透過宣導活動提升民眾對於低碳生活與氣候變遷議題的重視。2.建置節能裝置，推廣綠能概念。 為提升整體宣導活動的效益，今年度計畫以「基隆減碳進行市」為各項宣導活動的主軸，必透過許多不同的活動形式與主題，提升民眾參與意願及低碳觀念傳遞成效。活動形式包含實作課程、社區電影院、互動課程、實地參訪等，邀請的講師也以NGO團體為主，各項活動民眾的回應相當正面，也對於低碳及氣候變遷的議題更為重視，本年度的執行內容與成果，可作為後續相關活動辦理的參考。 本計畫亦透過國內外文獻蒐集節能公共藝術裝置，前往基隆市海洋廣場、柴油車動力站、環保局及基隆市內人潮較多地點進行場勘及現場評估，依據現場狀況與文獻蒐集成果資料與局端進行比對、評估及討論，最後和議於基隆市環保局大樓屋頂設置風力發電機及太陽能板，並已與基隆市環保局完成併聯共用。 21世紀是一個影音的世紀。本計畫也將計畫所辦理的活動予以紀實，並剪輯成影片，可利於後續宣導所使用。 | ||

2017 Keelung City promote low-carbon life cum energy saving and greening subsidy Promotion Projec
| 英文摘要 | The goal of this project about deepen the low-carbon life education of the Keelung City citizen ,arouse people's attention to climate change issues, to implement from daily life. The content of the plan is mainly divided into two parts: 1.Raise public awareness of low-carbon life and climate change issues through outreach activities. 2.Build energy-saving devices and promote the concept of green energy. This project takes a slogn "Keelung to reduce carbon for market" as the main axis of various promotional activities, through many different activity forms and themes, enhance the public's willingness to participate and the effectiveness of low-carbon concepts, the invited lecturers are also mainly NGO groups, and the response of the people in various activities is quite positive, this people also pay more attention to the issues of low carbon and climate change. This project about build energy-saving devices execution content and results, collect energy-saving public art installations through domestic and foreign literature, choose a site suitable for constructing energy-efficient buildings for site survey and site assessment,according to the on-site situation and literature collection results, the data is compared, evaluated and discussed with the local authorities,finally, the wind turbines and solar panels are set up on the roof of the Bureau of Environmental Protection,Keelung City building, and they have been shared with the Bureau of Environmental Protection,Keelung City, this project also documented the activities and edited it into a film, which can be used by subsequent publicity agencies. | ||
