This project establishes a foundation for Environmental and Natural Resources Data cloud integrated platform and provides high quality, efficiently and effectively Information services to people and line units by environmental science, information systems,Big Data analysis.
There are five systems in this project :CDX, Opendata, ERDB, BigData and DaaS. These can be seen in the following examples:
1. Service and check point:There are 1 consultative conferences about Opendata quality, 2 trainings about systems and 15 meetings. The system planning was in March, system design was in June, system testing was in September, simulation of system transferencewas in October and final reports have turned in on December 20th.
2. Increase the number of datasets: Increasing new account, new transaction, subscription, publishing datasets, and line units.
3. Optimization of system architecture: Accelerating data exchanging and upgrading data quality in CDX. Providing batch downloading, metadata synchronization between CDX, OpenData and OpenData.GOV and optimizing UI design and operation in OpenData. Front pageoptimization and expansion of datasets in ERDB. Developing predictive model of air factors with cross-domain data in BigData. Strengthening data flow monitoring mechanism, dynamic wall and statistical functions in DaaS.
4. System performance:Establishing high speed exchange procedure function in CDX; decreasing loading time in OpenData; decrease computing time in BigData.
5. Popularization and publication:Releasing open data more than 1,300, 36 application services, 16 web services, and 600 users registered.
6. Real-time monitoring:By DaaS, It can be used in Real-time monitoring. For example: Data can be automatically checked when issue a sea/land warning or data exchange cease service.
