事業及污水下水道系統廢(污)水管理系統建置計畫(第2年)
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫工作屬性為既有作業管理系統改版建置，整體改版分2年2階段辦理，合計共完成75個功能模組改版優化。今(108)年度為第2年，已依期程完成33個功能建置開發，年度目標及對應成果分述如後。 於持續優化業者申請(報)或自主管理登載流程及輔助工具方面，針對申請(報)類功能，深入研析法源、作業流程及填報內容，對應提供資料填報介面及各項防呆提醒服務，以輔助使用者完整且正確地完成申請(報)作業。此外，針對管理類功能，提供主管機關端自主管理建檔服務，以有效整合掌握應加強輔導對象。 於持續優化核發機關審查流程及輔助工具方面，透過儀表板及功能首頁篩選功能，掌握待審案件，並搭配流程控管機制及資料勾稽比對設計，確保申請(報)作業符合法定程序，同時提升資料正確性。 於強化系統資料隱密性方面，通過GCA政府憑證管理中心申請憑證，使瀏覽器與伺服器間之通訊有安全加密功能，並確保資料安全及傳遞資料的完整性，搭配帳號密碼控管、敏感資料防護、系統語法安全、檔案上傳管理及主機防護等防護設計，以及定期進行系統安全測試及弱點掃描作業，全面提升新系統資安防護能力。 於配合系統精進作業，提供資訊及專業支援服務方面，辦理測試說明會及實機系統操作說明會，協助使用者明瞭新系統操作方式，並設有本系統專屬諮詢管道，以便使用者反應問題或回饋建議。 | ||

The System Enhancement Project for Industries' or Sewage Systems' Regulatory Reporting Data Management(2nd year)
| 英文摘要 | The purpose of the project is to reconstruct ‘system for water pollution’ within 2 years since 2018. 75 functions are completed and 33 of 75 functions are completed in this year. There are 4 achievements of function reconstruction. The first achievement is providing user-friendly data entry interfaces. The project clarifies sources of law, business flows, application forms, and fool-proof design, which makes users finish application correctly and integrally. The second achievement is elevating the review process. Through the information homepage dashboard and the filter function in the feature homepage, keep track of the case under review. Furthermore, use the process control mechanism and data retrieval function to ensure compliance with legal procedures and improve the data correctness. The third achievement is ensuring system security and operation. Full data protections via source code, hardware environment, and software settings are implemented in system development lifecycle. Systems maintenances including security scans and passwords renew are performed seasonally. The forth achievement is providing instructions.6 sessions of education trainings are accomplished in this year. Also, contact person were set for system problem solving and common collecting. | ||
