108至109年新竹市空氣品質感測物聯網布建及維護計畫
| 中文摘要 | 1. 完成 108 年 150 站布建: ⚫ 108 年 6 月份完成感測器布建細部規劃書並通過備查， 感測器符合規範並通過工研院量測中心之實地場域測 試與實驗室測試。 ⚫ 108 年 7 月份安裝前在新竹測站通過一致性比對要求標 準，完成施工及巡檢標準作業程序. ⚫ 108 年 8 月底前完成 108 年度新建 150 站布建. ⚫ 108 年 10 月底前前 150 站空品感測器數據依規範要求 上傳環保署平台，並達成 90%以上完整率。 2. 完成設備巡檢比對 108 年 6 月份起開始進行感測器巡檢比對，每 2 月執行 1/3 群，107 年布建之設備至 109 年 9 月底已完成 400 次巡檢， 108 年布建之設備至 109 年 9 月底已完成 300 次巡檢。 3. 感測數據資料上傳與數據品質維護 Page iii 每月進行設備維護與數據上傳，至 109 年 9 月底共進行 68 次感測器設備維護作業，每季上傳之有效資料完整率皆超過 90% 滿足環保署規範，108 年 12 月與 109 年 5 月份由環保 署進行感測器第三方查核，查核滿意度分別為 96%與 97%滿 足環保署規範。 4. 宣導會與教育訓練 於 108 年完成 1 次教育訓練與 2 次宣導會，109 年完成 1 次 教育訓練與 4 次宣導會，109 年上半年度因新冠肺炎之因素， 宣導會於 7、8 月份延期完成。 5. 感測器數據分析及應用 每月提交月報並檢附數據分析、告警資料，並提供網頁分析 工具，對數據異常(PM2.5、VOC)進行分析，推估告警附近可疑 固定污染源與廠商，以利環保局人員進行勾稽行動。 6. 告警機制建立與稽查成效 建立告警條件，並透過 Line 即時通訊結合各子計畫進行告 警稽查，109 年共完成 59 次稽查，稽查時多發現燃燒金紙、 放鞭炮、火災、道路施工與露天燃燒等空氣污染情形，109 年共開罰 8 次，合併 108 年共完成 10 次開罰作業。 7. 其他: 依進度要求提交工作月報，偕同營建計畫進行工地污 染管理，透過感測器結合攝影機，進行灑水作業降低污染發 生，並配合環保局相關工作交辦事項。 | ||

108-109 Hsinchu City Air Quality Sensor Internet of Things Deployment and Maintenance Plan
| 英文摘要 | 1. Completed the deployment of 150 stations in 108 years: ⚫ In June 108, the detailed sensor deployment plan was completed and passed the reference.
