108年環境影響評估專業研析及決策支援計畫

中文摘要 為協助環境影響評估審查委員（以下稱環評委員）於審查過程中相關議題資料彙整，行政院環境保護署透過委託「108年環境影響評估專業研析及決策支援計畫」工作計畫，協助環評委員審查各環境影響評估（以下稱環評）案件時，所涉及各面向領域之資料蒐集、彙整與分析工作，進而協助環保署縮短環評審查案件時程，提升審查效率。 本計畫協助環評委員完成專長人員之聘用，訂定「月報表」每月按時收集與彙整，並分別於108年8月5日、28日，協助辦理「行政院環保署環境影響評估審查委員會第13屆委員意見交流會」及「專長人員工作說明會」；在相關環評議題諮詢與資料彙整協助上，本計畫共協助18件環評議題諮詢與資料彙整作業、18件法律意見諮詢以及179件次模糊文字篩選作業。

Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment and decision-making supporting project in 2019

英文摘要 The 2019 Analysis of Environmental Impact Assessment and decision-making supporting project was contracted to the IER by the Environmental Protection Administration to assist the EIA committee’s reviewing process in data collection and analysis, and to provide topic reports. The purposes of the project included the shortening of EIA review process and the simplification of administrative operation. The project team assisted completing the following works: 1) the appointment of specialists, 2) monthly progress reports in data collection and synthesis, 3) assisted to hold "the 13th Environmental Impact Assessment Review Committee's Opinion Exchange Meeting" on August 5, 2019, and "the Specialist Work Description Meeting" on Auguest 28, 2019. The project team assisted in 18 topics regarding the EIA consultation , 18 cases of legal consultation, and 179 cases of fuzzy text screening process.
