108年度環境教育人員認證研習(核心科目及環境概論)教材編修專案工作計畫

中文摘要 為持續推動環境教育認證,因應環境教育相關法規修正及環境教育推動實務所需,更新編修環境教育人員認證(以下簡稱認證人員)研習教材。環境教育是隨著時代發展,使教材結合環境議題及貼近實務現場,有助於提升認證人員對於環境(永續)議題的知識轉化力及強化推廣能力。 本計畫編修之教材,包含以學歷、訓練方式認證所需的核心科目(環境教育、環境倫理、環境教育教材教法)研習,以及以經歷、專長之行政人員認證所需之環境概論,並為課務安排所需,設計可合併開班之規劃。計畫委託國立臺灣師範大學專業團隊,由環境教育研究所教授、環境教育機構、環境教育相關專家學者及具有專業背景之實務工作者等進行教材課程大綱及內容之編修、審查。本教材透過文獻蒐集、現場教師的回饋與建議、三次專家審查,以及教材實際試教反思等方式編修教材。為促進與國際環境教育發展趨勢的連結,新編修教材增加永續發展教育、指標及願景等內容,同時,取代過去知識為重,改為能力導向的教材設計,強化實務案例、演練觀摩及對話討論,並藉著多元實務評量,確保教學品質。新教材總計為34小時,採螺旋式規劃,後面章節運用前面章節的理論,並提供給學習者閱讀的學習教材,給授課教師使用的教學指引與教學簡報,並依據課程內容設計一式搭配教材及課程運用的摺頁。 本計畫編修完成的教材,已為課程架構方向及內容建立示範藍本,期盼透過授課教師的轉化,能提供未來預備加入環境教育的推動者,掌握環境教育的精神、脈絡及基礎方法。建議未來可持續追蹤使用情形,並可視需要召開教材討論會或研討座談會,邀請環境教育機構及授課講師參與,交換彼此授課經驗,提升環境教育教學品質,以培養許許多多環境教育推動綠芽。

2019 The Teaching Materials Editing of Environmental Education Personnel Certification Curriculum(Core Subjects And Introduction to Environment)

英文摘要 It is necessary to adjust the core curriculum of environmental education personnel workshop because the items of Environmental Education Act had been changed, the focus of environmental education has moved to Education for Sustainable Development. The new version should reflect the professional requirement in the real world with transformative competence in environmental teaching and appropriate capacity building for teaching service. This project was conducted by the professor and the graduate students who got PhD or master degree with environmental education profession. They went through a serious of process, including literature review, past users’ response and suggestions, three time reviewing and pilot test. Compared with last vision, the new version is competence based with sustainable development vision through case study, good example, dialogue, practices and reflection. It is 34 hours and is arranged with spiral sequence. Therefore, the learners study with concepts first, then various cases and approaches, produce teaching plan and operate the plan, finally, go to one environmental education site for getting direct experience and conversation with managers. Every section of core curriculum covers learner’s material, teacher’s guide, and power point used in the class. This project provided a brochure with the key points of the teaching material which can help the learners’ learning. The new version teaching material will bring challenge for the professors in the environmental education training. It is necessary to have workshop for them about how to use it. The material could be as an expanding material for the learners who have certification of environmental education to raise up their environmental teaching competence.
