In order to solve the pollution caused by mobile pollution sources, it is imperative to audit and ban the operation. This year, the County Environmental Protection Bureau continued to implement the vehicle maintenance and inspection system to improve the air quality of the county. A summary of the results of the various control work of the plan is as follows:
The implementation schedule of the Mobile Pollution Sources Inspection Control Plan for the current year is from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2018. In the check notification operation section, 105,621 regular postcard notices are sent. In the inspection operation part, 2,313 vehicles were intercepted on the locomotive exhaust road, 282 were unqualified, 12.2% were unqualified; 4,069 were inspected, 3,707 were returned, and the return rate was 91.1%; the license plate identification of the locomotive was 35,026. Secondly, 4,640 vehicles were identified without check-in locomotives, and 3,597 vehicles were returned, with a return rate of 77.52%; and 3,367 vehicles for inspection. In the management part of the inspection station, the inspection station checks 204 times regularly, 51 stations for real vehicle inspection, 51 stations for gas inspection, and 2 training sessions for inspectors. In the operation part of the campaign, 100 copies of the red-clothes for the second-stroke locomotive and 80,000 small stickers for the locomotives have been produced, and 13 press releases, 576 grades for cable TV marquees and 1,080 grades for broadcast media broadcasts have been released.
Since the implementation of this project, the public has gradually established a concept for the locomotive inspection system, but most locomotive owners still rely on the reminder of the inspection notice, so the notification operation is particularly important, and the EPA has strengthened the inspection control to improve the county. The locomotive rate is used to improve the air quality of the county.
