108年環境感測物聯網整合推動及專案管理計畫

中文摘要 自106年起環保署致力於建構臺灣環境感測物聯網,期望藉由本計畫之執行,推動臺灣環境物聯網之發展,預計今(108)年可達成8,000台空污感測器之布建,其中苗栗縣布建500台感測器為工研院研發之光學式PM2.5感測元件。環保署為確保感測器的數據品質,設計一套感測數據品質管控機制,藉由感測器出廠的品管要求、感測器型式驗證、布建感測器一致性比對、自主巡檢維運作業與第三方查核作業等5階段,有效提供布建至工業區、交通區、社區及輔助感測區等感測器的品質控管。國外對於物聯網的發展目前正朝向運用大數據分析進行感測數據校正,以及藉由數據分析輔助智慧維運管理。臺灣進行高密度的布建,正是發展智慧化校驗系統的優勢場域,除可找出適合臺灣的數據校正模式,進而測試及驗證客製化的應用服務產品。除了針對感測設備的布建、國內外物聯網資訊的分析及探討,也辦理各種宣導活動、交流會議以及大型研討會,以利將政府執行之成果展示於民眾所知,並與國內外各界專家學者進行深度討論,以拓展物聯網產業發展。於創新應用面上,本計畫積極發展移動式感測設備,藉此感測道路上的污染現況,據以作為未來建立我國的交通污染地圖,提供政府單位擬定交通污染管制策略,並協助民眾掌握健康活動的規劃。藉由推動環境物聯網跨域的應用服務發想,加速環境物聯網之產業發展,以將臺灣物聯網之成功案例拓展國外。

Environmental quality Internet of Things promotion and management plan 2019

英文摘要 EPA has been building the environmental IoT in Taiwan since 2017. Expecting that the implementation of this plan to promote the development of Taiwan environmental IoT. It is expected to finish the deployment of 8,000 air pollution sensors in 2019. Among them, 500 sensors, deployed in Miaoli County, are optical PM2.5 sensing elements developed by ITRI. EPA designs a quality control mechanism for data to ensure data quality of sensors. All sensors install into industrial parks, transportation, community and auxiliary are designed to go through five stages which include quality control in manufacturing, sensor-performance testing and verification platform, field evaluation prior to deployment, preventative maintenance and inspection and third-party cheque in order to make sure the data received are accurate and effective. The development of the IoT abroad is currently moving towards the use of big data analysis for sensor data correction and assist in intelligent maintenance management through data analysis. The deployment of high-density sensors in Taiwan is exactly the area of advantage for developing intelligent calibration systems. In addition, it can find the data correction mode suitable for Taiwan and then test and verify the customized application service products. Apart from conducting sensor deployment control, analysis and discussion of domestic and foreign IoT information, there are various promotional activities, exchange meetings and large-scale seminar as well to show the results of government implementation to the public. Having In-depth discussions with experts and scholars from various circles at home and abroad is to expand the development of the IoT industry. In terms of innovative applications, the project actively develops mobile IoT and uses it to detect the current state of pollution on the road and further develop a traffic pollution map in the future, which can be provided for government units to formulate traffic pollution control strategies and help people master the planning of health activities. By promoting cross-domain application services for the environmental IoT, the Industrial Development of the Environmental IoT could be accelerated and the successful results of Taiwan IoT could be extended abroad.
