船舶空氣污染亞太經濟合作海洋環境永續性圓桌會議專案計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫之執行是基於亞太經濟合作(APEC)海洋部長會議提昇公私部門夥伴關係的宣言及行動計畫。本計畫今年度於2019年12月2-4日在臺北舉辦第20屆APEC企業/私人部門參與海洋環境永續性圓桌會議，會中邀請APEC會員體（印尼、日本、韓國與美國）之代表、國內學者（交通部運輸研究所港灣技術研究中心、工業技術研究院綠能與環境研究所、國立成功大學、國立臺灣海洋大學）、企業（沃旭能源）及NGO（綠色和平）各界菁英共聚一堂，針對海洋環境與資源保育的二大重要議題(1)海洋污染防治(Marine Pollution Prevention)及(2)海洋能源與科技(Ocean Energy and Technology)進行討論，以促成公私部門合作，確保海洋環境及資源之永續發展。並於4日帶領外賓參觀我國基隆港減少船舶污染之綠色港口相關措施與設備，以及和平島地形因受到長期的風化侵蝕與浪濤衝擊，造就許多奇特的地質景觀。最後，圓桌會議的建議將提供APEC海洋與漁業工作小組參考。 | ||

Ship Air Pollution and APEC Roundtable Meeting on the Involvement of the Business/Private Sector in the Sustainability of the Marine Environment
| 英文摘要 | This project is to implement the declarations made by previous Minister of Ocean meetings. The 20th APEC Roundtable Meeting on the Involvement of the Business/Private Sector in Sustainability of the Marine Environment was held in Taipei on December 2-4, 2019. Delegates/participants from 5 APEC Economies (Indonesia, Japan, Korea, USA, and Taiwan) and domestic experts and NGO/private sector representatives to join this meeting. Two themes: Marine Pollution Prevention, and Ocean Energy and Technology is discussed in the meeting. A scientific tour visiting Keelung Harbor on its green port and reducing pollution facilities and Heping Geographic Park was conducted on December 4. It is hoped that sustainable marine environment and resources can be achieved through the collaboration between public and private sectors. The recommendations of general discussion session in this meeting will be presented in APEC OFWG meeting next year. | ||
