The project action items include the annual achievement reports of greenhouse gas control implementation project and low carbon community, and the contract completion date is from the date next the tender award to the end of November 30,2019.During the contract date, we poste the project achievements on the Low-Carbon Sustainable Information System website; hosting one resource cycle operation and information consultation conference and two integration conference with related bureaus. Two training activities with a total of 107 people participated in, and one educational and demonstration campaign with a total of 101 people took park in. Each conference and activity were posted on the Low-Carbon Sustainable Information System and EPA’s Eco-Life website. Also, we purchased 300 gifts of propaganda for the participants attending the activities and conferences.
In terms of village and community certification and evaluation, there are 50 community participation in this project, getting 10 scoring points in certification(8 Villages to achieve Bronze certification, 1 Villages to achieve Silver certification). In addition, we invite 1 specialist to go to 10 communities, providing feasible measures and advice for the villages or communities; also assisting 10 communities to carry out green energy saving action project construction, such as installing LED lighting fixtures and solar lighting system. Furthermore, our team encourage and coach 2 villages with certification to strengthen their executive power in low carbon sustainability, fulfilling the low carbon community’s vision. 23 communities and regions keep theirs certified qualification, and 8 communities and regions passed the assessment of certification. Last, we track usage and maintenance of LED lighting fixtures installed in 2017, most of them are still in good condition.
