108年度臺南市環保志義工管理及環境教育推廣活動計畫
| 中文摘要 | 108年度臺南市環保志義工管理及環境教育推廣活動計畫執行依循合約規定，如辦理環保志工培訓、協助志工管理督導、彙整環保志義工保險資料等文書作業、協助寄送生日賀卡感謝環保志義工的服務熱忱及無私奉獻、進行電話訪談與實地訪查瞭解志、義工隊管理運作情形、辦理臺南市環保志願服務聯繫會議，使志工團隊與公部門間有雙向溝通的機會、辦理環保績優表揚頒獎活動，以彰顯本市熱心環境教育及環保志願服務工作有顯著績效之環保志義工人員對環保的貢獻與肯定，並以輔導臺南市環保志義工溝通平台的角色，依專業角度提出建議，也扮演環境教育工作的顧問角色，鼓勵環保志義工擴展服務，協助里/社區推廣環保觀念，並增進本市環保志願服務推展績效。另外也為推廣學生於暑假期間參與環境教育，辦理臺南市環境教育夏令營計畫，以及整合環保志願服務、環境教育、社會責任的理念與政策，辦理綠色好生活系列環境教育推廣活動等工作， 本年度各項工作執行進度摘要說明如下： 一、 辦理環保志工培訓 本團隊依約辦理7場次基礎教育及特殊教育訓練，合計共培訓822人，其中合併訓練695人，特殊訓練127人，已完成契約規定應培訓人數，因訓練領證人數超過契約規定650人之105%(即683人)，合計超出139位學員之相關培訓費用，依契約規定由環保局以實支實付方式支付。各場次辦理成果為: 108年4月27~28日於東山區東原老人活動中心培訓65人(合併訓65人)、5月25~26日於永康區東橋里活動中心培訓132人(合併訓119人、特殊訓13人)、6月29~30日於新市區文康育樂中心培訓113人(合併訓100人、特殊訓13人)；7月20~21日於佳里區六里聯合活動中心培訓64人(合併訓51人、特殊訓13人)、8月3~4日於新化區聯合里活動中心培訓223人(合併訓215人、特殊訓8人)、8月31日~9月1日於新營太子宮圖書館培訓86人(合併訓51人、特殊訓35人)、9月21~22日於東區裕聖里活動中心培訓139人(合併訓94人、特殊訓45人)。 二、 辦理環保志義工管理 (一) 辦理每週義工意外保險名冊資料彙整、建置及更新環保義工隊之資料，統計至109年2月底共完成50次加退保異動、總義工人數共618隊、26,648人。 (二) 辦理環保志義工生日賀卡收件人資料彙整及地址黏貼作業，108年2月-109年2月共寄送28,601人。 (三) 審查並彙整本市37區536隊環保義工隊108年「推廣社區環境教育及掃街實作補助計畫」申請資料，及協助審查526隊核銷資料。 (四) 108年9月24日上、下午於臺南生活美學館3樓會議室分別辦理1場環保志義工增能教育訓練活動及1場環保志願服務聯繫會議。 (五) 輔導環保義工隊申請成立環保志工隊 (1) 本團隊針對參加108年環保志工培訓且符合成立志工隊條件之環保義工隊，輔導其撰寫志願服務運用計畫書提出環保志工隊成立申請，本年度共有22隊符合資格，經輔導後提出申請且核備成立環保志工隊共21隊。 (2) 本團隊針對參加100-107年參加培訓、且符合成立志工隊條件但尚未申請成立之環保義工隊進行追蹤輔導，至109年1月已輔導成立5隊。 (六) 辦理環保志義工隊聯繫溝通及輔導訪查 (1) 本團隊於108年3月14日函送環保志義工隊輔導訪查規劃書。 (2) 108年12月底已完成電訪100隊環保志工隊；另於108年9月9日函送環保志工隊訪查名單及訪查記錄單至局核定，於108年12月8日完成12隊實地訪查作業。 (3) 108年12月底已完成電訪32隊環保義工隊。 (4) 108年12月底已完成電訪250位環保志義工。 (七) 完成建置26隊新成立環保志工隊成員資料、製作925位環保志工志願服務紀錄冊(編號貼紙)及97隊志工隊服務時數認證登錄作業，統計至109年2月底總志工人數共227隊、5,661人。 三、 辦理環保績優表揚頒獎活動 108年11月30日在東成會館東成廳辦理環保績優表揚典禮及表揚餐會，共表揚績優環保志義工(包含長青義工) 96位、環境教育志工10位、績優綠色採購單位39單位及績優環境教育單位7單位，席開桌數共40桌，葷食37桌、素食3桌。 四、 辦理「臺南市環境教育夏令營計畫」 (一) 於108年3月29日函送臺南市環境教育夏令營規劃書。 (二) 本團隊已依契約規定於9月30日前完成3梯次環境教育夏令營活動，總參加人次達180人。 五、 辦理「臺南Green life-綠色好生活系列活動」 (一) 於108年3月29日函送臺南Green life系列活動規劃書。 (二) 本年度6項子活動已依契約規定於9月30日前全數辦理完畢，共分5場次完成，433人參與。 | ||

2019 Tainan City’s Environmental Protection Volunteer Management And Environmental Education Promotional Campaign
| 英文摘要 | 2019 Tainan City’s Environmental Protection Volunteer Management promotional campaign had been executed according to the contract regulations. The implementation works are listed as follows: 1. Our team handled seven basic education training and special education training sessions according to the contract. A total of 822 trainees participated in the training sessions, including 695 of them in the combined training sessions and 127 of them in the special training sessions. Up to the required number of trainees had been trained in this program. As the number of training certificate holders exceeds 105% of the contract stipulations of 650 persons (that is 683 persons), the relevant training expenses for the total exceeding 139 trainees will be paid by the Environmental Protection Agency in the form of actual payment according to the contract. 2.To assist in the processing of the weekly volunteer accident insurance roster, establishing the new database of environmental protection volunteer team members, according to statistics, as of the end of February 109, a total of 50 insurance addition and withdrawal transactions were completed, and the total number of volunteers was 618 teams with 26,648 people. During February 2019 to February 2020, a total of 28,601 birthday cards for the environmental protection volunteers had been sent to the recipients. In addition, to assist and review the city’s Environmental Protection Volunteer Team 536 in Area 37 in compiling the application data for the promotion of “2019 Community Environmental Education and Street Sweeping Subsidy Program.” As well as review the reimbursement for 526 teams. 3. On September 24, 2019, an Environmental Protection Volunteer Service Contact and Volunteer Advanced Training Seminar was held at the National Tainan Living Art Center. 4. On November 30, 2019, an environmental performance award ceremony and a commendation dinner were held in the Dong Cheng Hall of the Eastasty Banquet Hall. A total of 96 outstanding environmental protection volunteers from last session (including evergreen volunteers), 10 environmental education volunteers, 39 outstanding green procurement units and the 7 excellent environmental education units, with a total of 40 tables, 37 tables for meat dishes and 3 tables for vegetarian. 5. Organized “Tainan Environmental Education Summer Camp”，Our team has completed 3 sessions of environmental education summer camp before September 30 according to the contract, with a total of 180 participants. 6. Orgamized “Tainan Green life series activities”, total six sub-events of this year have been completed before September 30. They were completed in 5 sessions and 433 people participated. | ||
