108年度推動兩岸空氣品質監測、模擬與污染管制交流專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 延續過去兩岸辦理相關交流活動之成效，並研討後續兩岸交流計畫與落實方案，本計畫主要任務為藉由(1)蒐集彙整中國大陸「大氣污染防制行動計畫」、「國民經濟和社會發展第十三個五年規劃」（“十三五”規劃）、「打贏藍天保衛戰三年行動計畫」等大氣環境保護相關措施；(2)解析兩岸空氣品質變化趨勢；(3)辦理「2019年兩岸大氣保護學術研討會」及「2019年海峽兩岸空氣品質管理交流研討會」；(4)研擬兩岸後續交流與合作規劃；以掌握中國大陸現階段空氣污染問題之關注焦點與管制方向，並建立兩岸交流平臺，提供兩岸相關專家學者相互觀摩學習及意見交流，分享彼此經驗，以解決兩岸目前共同面臨之空氣污染問題，提升兩岸空氣品質。 | ||

Promoting the Cross-Strait Cooperation of Air Quality Monitoring, Modeling and Management
| 英文摘要 | To make the effectiveness of the cross-Straits communication and cooperation last, the major tasks of this project are to understand the air pollution issues in China and to provide a platform for the experts to discuss and communicate with each other. Therefore, the information including (1) the strategies conducted in China to control air pollution, such as the 13th Five-Year Plan, the Air Pollution Prevention and Control Action Plan and Three-year Action Plan for Winning the Battle for a Blue Sky; and (2) the trends of air quality in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan have been collected and reviewed as well. In addition, two conferences in the field of air quality improvement have been held and the second stage of the cooperative project focusing on the topic of air monitoring has been planned, to promote the cross-Straits communication and cooperation. The ultimate objective of this project is to control the air pollution and improve the air quality in both Taiwan and China. | ||
