空氣品質演變特徵評析計畫

中文摘要 為分析瞭解氣象因素如何造成空氣品質之變化與其特徵,本計畫綜整2014-2018之天氣型態、高壓位置,以及2013-2017年臺灣附近區域流場類型與空氣污染程度分布之關聯性,並以系統自動化篩選高低壓位置,建立綜觀天氣查詢系統資料庫與查詢工具,提升空品預報效能。 此外以2013-2017板橋與屏東探空觀測資料,以及用探空和模式模擬推估氣象場進行2016-2018年臺灣擴散指數時空分布特徵分析,運用氣象局模擬資料優化擴散指數計算,建立擴散指數預報作業流程並提供每日擴散指數預報。另規劃擴散指數圖示與使用說明,並提出擴散指數鄉鎮化預報之應用方式。 今年協助空氣品質緊急事件分析共6件,進行空品領域專家意見諮詢共5人次,製作空氣品質科普圖文影片多件,並辦理空氣品質教育訓練2場共47人次受惠,有效協助空品預報作業,並增進民眾對於空污氣象學之理解。

Analysis of the air pollution change feature in Taiwan

英文摘要 In order to analyze the meteorological factors cause changes in air quality, the plan is to classify the weather patterns and high-pressure locations of 2014-2018. In addition, this is also study the correlation between the types of flow fields in the vicinity of Taiwan and the distribution of air pollution in 2013-2017. And according to the research results, we have built a database to quickly search the information in the past to provide reference for forecasters. The second part, to establish a ventilation index (VI) forecasting operation process, and cooperate with the EPA to provide a ventilation index (VI) forecast before the daily forecast. And continuous this study the correction between ventilation index (VI) and air quality from the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics of the Taiwan of 2016-2018. The results show that ventilation index (VI) and PM2.5 pollutant concentrations have opposite trends. This project We also analysis the causes of air pollution episodes include the flow flied of surface and boundary layer. A total of six reports were provided. On the other hand, we made 2 implemented training programs to the staff of the department, and communicated the correct message of the air quality policy and the causes of pollution to the public.
