108年雲林縣畜牧資源化利用及廢（污）水管理輔導暨水污染源稽查與水污費徵收查核計畫
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫以「畜牧資源化利用廢水管理輔導計畫」及「水污染源稽查與水污費徵收查核計畫」二部分為主軸，擬定出本計畫應辦理事項。藉由透過專人輔導方式並深入在20鄉鎮當地召開宣導說明會輔導轄內小型畜牧場加速廢水管理計畫書申請作業，並協助其申請過程中可能遭遇之問題；透過水污染源稽查相關工作並輔以科學稽查方式達成本縣轄內水污染防治法列管事業之查核工作，找出非法列管之事業或工廠，符合社會之公平正義。另外，藉由水污費徵收查核工作提升水污費徵收之管理及催繳，並辦理水污染防治法令宣導說明會，以強化轄內事業對於各項法令熟悉程度避免受罰。。 計畫期間共計完成輔導畜牧場之畜牧糞尿或廢水經處理至符合放流水標準可作為環境內或作業環境外花木澆灌16家以上；辦理水污染源稽查管制工作100家次以上及4次科學儀器設備稽查；辦理完成行政院環境環保署進行年度通知水污費應查核對象之查核稽查工作；清查本縣20到199頭已取得畜牧場登記證或禽畜登記證且尚未廢止之畜牧場307家；完成21場次水污染防治法令相關法規及廢水管理計畫書設置說明會議及3場次水污染防治法令相關法規及生活污水減量宣導說明會議等。 | ||

| 英文摘要 | The project is based on the "Livestock Resource Utilization of Wastewater Management Counseling Program" and the "Water Pollution Sources Inspection and Water Pollution Fees Collection Checking Project" as the main axis, and the project should be dealt with. Through the special counseling and local publicity meetings in 20 townships, the small livestock farms in the jurisdiction will be assisted to accelerate the application of waste water management plan, and assist in the problems that may be encountered during the application process in the Yunlin county; It is in line with the fairness and justice of the society to check the relevant work of the water pollution source and supplement the scientific inspection method to achieve the inspection of the Water Pollution Control Act in the county. In addition, the water pollution fees collection and verification work will be carried out to improve the management and collection of water pollution fees, and the Water Pollution Control Act are introduced to the public to ensure that the animal husbandry within the jurisdiction is familiar with the laws and regulations to avoid punishment.
