The project is “2019 Tainan City’s Construction sites Management and Inspection Project”, which executed from 10 May 2019 to 9 May 2020 During the period, there were 8,093 new construction sites declared the air pollution control fees, collected a total amount of NT$ 248,285,419.The 6,299 cases of completed-contract construction sites with NT$18,111,391 in overpayment refunds NT$ 28,910,660 in total repayment. Besides, 1,124 cases of construction sites were an overdue declaration of air pollution control fees and been added delinquency charges to any amount not paid after the deadline. Over 1,124 cases had been imposed upon interest fee that did not pay within the deadline and over 30 days, a total amount of NT$ 949,153 Follow the above construction sites declared the air pollution control fees, which totaled NT$ 260,033,841. In addition, in terms of cloud system usage, the internet applying ratio is 31.99%, the payment notices ratio of internet cloud download is 67.07%, and the overall cloud system usage rate is 99.06%.
In terms of the safety inspections in construction sites, there are 13,128 sites under construction and 10,187 construction sites have been included within the inspecting management, and control rate was 77.6%. With respect to conformity rate 90% rached acceptable levels of regulatory compliance construction of the first category was88.3% and the second was 92.2%. The estimated PM10 emission of construction sites was 11,600.34tons. After through the project’s management, the actual TSP emission downed to 7,376.59 tons, which shows that emission reducing rate was63.59%.The project conducted the 60 construction sites in total among of 32,432.97-kilometer street sweeping and washing. Promoting 2,410.84m2 green construction fence within 6 construction sites and 19 construction sites covered by 707,020m2 straw mats.
In the control of open-burning straw,there were still 23 sites occurred straw open-buring that burned 12.915 hectares. the proportion of burning in total cultivated area was less than 0.01%.Then, the project made “Non-Open-Burning Article” agreement with 244 contracted farmers among 4 rice manufacturing associations, total rice paddy reached 1,142hectares.However, the project held16 small-scale public communication activities, and published news ticker and visted 122 chiefs of Village to boradcast. Moreover, the project conducted the barren land investigation and consulting improvement, total of 46.38 hectare, including22.89 hectare of normal barren land and 23.5 hectare of river barrren lands.
