環境振動管理及調查研究計畫

中文摘要 本計畫分析近3年有關民眾振動陳情案件現況,結果顯示振動源為營建工程之案件數最多,約占所有案件的46%。實地量測15處24小時三軸向環境振動量測,測點之選定參考環評監測之環境振動地點及噪音陳情熱區為主。 對於「易發生噪音設施」管制工作之推動,分析比較日本、香港及新加坡針對營建工程或營建機具自主管理之差異,研擬我國易發生噪音設施之管制方式。

The Study of Environmental Vibration Improvement Measures

英文摘要 The study analyzed the reports of vibration in the past three years, and the results showed that the number of cases where the vibration sources from the construction projects was the largest, accounting for 46% of all cases. Measured the 24-hour triaxial environmental vibrations in 15 places on-site. The selection of the measurement places refers to the environmental vibration locations monitored by the environmental impact assessment monitoring and noise hotspots. Implementation of "noise prone facilities", the differences in the self-management of construction projects or equipment control between Japan, Hong Kong and Singapore were analyzed and compared. A management plan suitable for Taiwan was developed a low-noise self-certification.
