化學物質採樣技術評析專案工作計畫

中文摘要 有鑑於毒性化學物質管理法修正為毒性及關注化學物質管理法後,未來可能面臨高純度化學原物料之採樣,而國內目前並標準採樣方法。因此,本計畫將化學物質依其物理狀態分為固態、液態、氣態及混合態,瞭解國際上相關採樣技術的發展狀況,並彙整其標準採樣方法。隨後,根據我國化學物質管理政策以及實際採樣經驗徵詢,探討國內化學物質採樣之情境與需求,作為國內採樣方法草案初稿的架構,並藉由辦理8場實地採樣作業,以及2場技術觀摩與交流會,使採樣方法草案初稿符合本土需求,最後,提出化學物質採樣方法草案。

The Project of Studying Chemicals Sampling Technologies

英文摘要 Because the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act was amended to Toxic and Concerned Chemical Substances Control Act, it might face the sampling of pure chemical materials in the future. However, there was no standard sampling method in Taiwan. Therefore, this project classified chemicals by their status under the common temperature and pressure to search relative sampling technologies in the world, and collect foreign standard sampling methods. And then, the situations and requirements were analyzed to find out the framework of compiling the draft of the standard sampling method, according to domestic chemicals control policy and the experiences of sampling toxic chemicals. In addition, eight in-situ sampling practices and two technical observation and experience exchange sessions were held to make the draft meet the local demand. Finally, the final domestic standard sampling method was drawn up.
