108年度環境教育設施場所及機構補(捐)助推廣專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫自108年1月1日至108年12月31日止,計畫相關執行成果說明如下: (一)108年度補(捐)助案件訪查及輔導作業 1.本計畫於108年3月4日彙整各補(捐)助案件之計畫主題及活動項目。 2.本計畫自公告日至收件截止日,設施場所共計有31案申請,其中「單年型」申請案23案,「持續性」申請案8案,「主動申辦」申請案3案,而機構申請案計有6案申請辦理。 3.本計畫協助安排補(捐)助案件輔導訪視活動,並於108年10月6日完成輔導訪視及活動訪查共計35場次(輔導訪視12場次、活動訪查23場次),輔導訪視場次共邀集16位專家學者或實務工作者共同參與輔導。 4.本計畫完成輔導需求調查、行程聯繫、交通安排、會議資料準備、紀錄表單製作、彙整與會人員意見並製作文字及影像(含拍攝剪輯)紀錄等相關作業。 (二)108年度補(捐)助案件核銷作業 1.本計畫於108年1月17日及108年3月12日完成辦理2場次核銷作業說明會,邀集受補(捐)助單位參與並製作核銷案例,以利瞭解核銷相關規定及作業方式,總參與人數為40人。 2.本計畫協助執行各案件之經費核銷作業,如核銷憑證檢閱、經費核算、核銷作業表單製作等工作。 (三)辦理補(捐)助環境行動計畫推廣及增能工作 1.本計畫於108年6月25日辦理網路平台業者諮詢會議,諮詢會議首先邀請Accupass活動通針對網路平台系統操作說明及網路行銷小撇步進行分享,而後針對本年度成果分享會規劃情形進行說明。 2.本計畫於108年4月18日~108年4月19日假南投縣竹山鎮完成辦理增能活動,以「環境新創」為主題,借鏡竹山小鎮學習如何從在地發力,透過改造、轉型,進一步帶動地方創生,參與人數為20人。 (四)108年度補(捐)助案件成果考核作業及成果分享會 1.本計畫協助規劃成果考核作業之審查方式、評分機制、發表型式等項目,並分別於108年10月28日及108年10月31日辦理108 年度成果暨 109 年度計畫審查會議及環境教育機構、環境教育設施場所「Call for Action為環境行動計畫」及「主動申辦環境行動計畫」審查會議,共計三場次(設施場所2場次、機構1場次)。 2.本計畫於108年11月12日,假臺北市中山區花博公園舞蝶館辦理環境教育成果分享會暨評鑑表揚會,邀集本年度受補(捐)助單位、評鑑優異單位、其他環境教育機構及設施場所從業人員、企業社會責任(CSR)代表,以及社會企業等單位共同參與,總參與人數382人。 (五)辦理109年度環境教育設施場所及機構補(捐)助計畫前期工作 1.本計畫於108年5月30日針對全國通過認證之環境教育設施場所以E-mail方式寄送補(捐)助計畫施政需求調查問卷,內容主要針對申請補(捐)助動機及意願、規劃方式、誘因及配套措施及施政建議等項目進行調查,問卷結果將作為日後規劃補(捐)助計畫施政方向及執行策略之參考。 2.本計畫於108年9月24日、108年9月26日及108年9月27日共計完成辦理三場次(設施場所2場次、機構1場次)109年度補(捐)助計畫前期說明會。 3.本計畫於108年11月14日、108年11月21日、108年11月29日及108年12月12日完成109 年度補(捐)助環境教育設施場所 Call for Action 為環境行動及環境教育深蹲計畫申請案初審會議、109年度補(捐)助環境教育機構辦理環境教育人員訓練(研習)計畫」申請案初審會議、複審會議及109年度補(捐)助環境教育設施場所Call for Action為環境行動計畫申請案複審研商會議。

Subsidy and Promotion For Environmental Education Institutions and Environmental Education Facility/Sites(2019)

英文摘要 The project period was from 1st Jan, 2019 to 31st Dec, 2019. The outcomes of the implementation are summarized as follows paragraph: 1. Subsidy case visits and counseling operations (1) Reorganized the theme and activities of the cases by issue, type of activity, time of course, etc. on March 4th, 2019. (2) There were a total of 31 applications from the environmental education facility/sites, including 23 cases of "single-year" application, 8 cases of "sustainable" application, and 3 cases of "initiative" application, as well as six applications from the environmental education institutions. (3) The project assisted in arranging cases, visits, and counseling, and a total of 35 visits, including 12 sessions for counseling and 23 sessions for activity reviews were completed by October 6th, 2019. In the course of the visit, a total of 16 experts, scholars and practitioners were invited to participate in the counseling. (4) The project completed the counseling needs survey, trip contact, traffic arrangement, conference data preparation, record form production, text and video (including shooting clips), records of opinions of the participants and other related operations. 2. Expense reimbursement operations (1) The project completed two expense reimbursement orientations on January 17th and March 12th, 2019, with a total of 40 participants. (2) This project assisted in the execution of expense reimbursement operations, such as the verification of certificates, accounting of funds, and the production of verification forms. 3. Promotion for environmental action plan and empowerment workshop (1) The project conducted the Online Platform Consultation meeting on June 25th, 2019. The consultation meeting first invited Accupass to operate the network platform system and to share network marketing tips, and then indicated the information of the Annual Results Presentation. (2) The empowerment workshop was held in Zhushan Township, Nantou County, from April 18th to April 19th, 2019, with a total of 20 participants. With the theme of “Environmental Innovation”, Zhushan Township showed us their local strategies; through transformation and improvement, it further drove local community creation. 4. The Annual Results Review Meeting and the Annual Results Presentation (1) The project assisted in planning the assessment method and the mechanism, etc., and also held three Annual Results Review meetings on October 28th and October 31st, 2019, respectively, including two sessions for facilities/sites and one session for institutions. (2) The Annual Results Presentation was held at Taipei Expo Hall, on November 12th, 2019. Grant-aided units, units with outstanding performance this year, other environmental education institutions and facilities practitioners, Corporate Social Responsibility representatives, social enterprises and other units were invited, with a total of 382 participants. 5. Execution of preparatory work of Subsidy and Promotion For Environmental Education Institutions and Environmental Education Facility/Sites (2020) (1) A questionnaire was e-mailed to certified environmental education facilities/sites and institutions on May 30th, 2019. The purpose of the questionnaire was to gather opinions regarding the motivation and willingness of applying for government subsidies, applying methods, incentives and supporting measures, policy recommendations, etc.. The results of the questionnaire will be used as a reference for future planning and implementation strategies. (2) The Preliminary Work Orientations were held on September 24th, September 26th, and September 27th, 2019, including two sessions for facilities/sites and one session for institutions. (3) The project completed the Preliminary Review Meeting for “Call for Action” Project (2020) on November 14th, 2019 and November 21th, 2019 , November 29th, 2019 and December 12th, 2019.
