108年飲用水保護區地理資訊及管理系統更新、擴充維護及管理計畫
| 中文摘要 | 今年專案執行為履行合約規定及滿足相關環保單位需求，依計畫目標分成四大工作項目進行，以期能完成各級環保單位所交付的任務。在「飲用水水源水質保護區地理資訊系統」功能擴充維護、圖資資料更新及故障排除部分，針對土地查詢優化現已提供土地清單查詢、土地歷史查詢紀錄、座標查詢飲用水保護區並顯示最短距離及地圖列印等功能，強化土地查詢服務親合度；此外亦完成檢驗資訊空間展示改版，提供四項篩選條件及顯示完整檢驗項目，優化資料展示介面。在「飲用水管理資訊系統」功能提升擴充及正常運作、資料更新及故障排除部分，除持續維護各項功能正常運作並提供客服支援外，完成新增108年度飲用水績效考評功能、擴充常用成果統計功能及待辦事項提示功能，持續支援飲用水管理業務需求，提升業務執行效率。在「飲用水管理全球資訊網」功能提升擴充及正常運作、資料更新及故障排除部分，則持續更新相關網頁資料維持網頁正常運作。在辦理系統操作相關說明會及資訊安全維護管理作業部分，於11月舉辦全國飲用水管理業務檢討及資訊操作說明會，完成飲用水水源水質保護區範圍變更政策評估說明書(草案)修正作業初版並依據環保署規範執行相關資安、備份及效能測試作業。綜觀今年度計畫執行內容，已持續配合環保單位實際需求強化各項系統功能，降低操作障礙，提升業務執行效率。 | ||

The Integrated Management, Establishment and Upgrade Project of Drinking Water Management System and Drinking Water Source Protection Area Geography Information System
| 英文摘要 | The goal of this project is carried out by the requirements of the contract and meeting the needs of the relevant environmental protection bureau. It is divided into four major work projects according to the project objectives, to complete the tasks delivered by the environmental protection bureau at all levels. In the function expansion maintain, information update and troubleshooting section of "Drinking Water Management System and Drinking Water Source Protection Area Geography Information System", for land query optimization, land list inquiry, land history inquiry record, query the shortest distance from protection area by using coordinate and map printing are now provided to enhance the land query service. Also, the inspection information and term can be displayed in space by screening four conditions. Besides the functional enhancement and normal operation, data update and troubleshooting, continuous maintenance of various functions and customer service support, the "Drinking Water Management Information System" completed the annual drinking water performance assessment function, expanded the statistics function and the to-do list reminder function, continuously supported the drinking water conservancies to improved execution efficiency. Besides functional enhancements and normal operations, data updates and troubleshooting, the "Global Drinking Water Management and Information Website" continue to update the information and maintain the normal operation of the relevant website. In the handling of system operation related briefings and information security maintenance management operations, the "National Drinking Water Management Business Review and Information Operation Briefing" were held in November, the completion of the policy evaluation manual (draft), and the implementation of relevant security, backup, and performance test jobs. This year, we have continued to meet the actual needs of environmental conservancies to enhance various system functions, reduce operational barriers, and improve business execution efficiency. | ||
