2019年資源回收暨台灣國際循環經濟展推廣專案工作計畫
| 中文摘要 | 資源回收管理基金管理會，專職統籌辦理及推動國內資源回收工作，而目前垃圾就是資源、黃金，「循環經濟」正是世界潮流，改變當前線性經濟發展的思維，推動循環型的生產與生活方式，加強能資整合，提高廢棄物資源回收與再利用，建立「零廢棄，低耗能」的環境友善社會，期使全民瞭解生活中資源回收的作為，投入解決環境問題的行為，讓民眾主動參與、付諸行動來解決或防範環境問題，使環境與資源能夠永續利用。 環保署公告應回收項目總共有13大類33項67種，全國垃圾回收率從2001年的12.68%，躍升到2018年達60.54%，年減碳量達186萬公噸，資源回收再利用率達到86.55%，不僅提升回收率更減少資源錯置，讓廢棄物高值化，發展出眾多再製品，例如：廢輪胎做的潛水衣、咖啡渣混和寶特瓶紗製的面料、玻璃文藝品等等，此次特於展區內以再生家具製品為基底，利用居家生活為概念，打造出綠色經濟的飯廳、客廳與臥室，將再生製品充分融入生活中，希望參觀民眾能有回到「家」一般的親切感。展場內展現臺灣資源回收再生，並強調資源回收再利用與生活密不可分，提高推廣成效也使參展廠商能夠展示成果，互相交流技術進而達到共響環保/回收/再生的循環經濟理念。 | ||

2019 CIRCULAR ECONOMY TAIWAN
| 英文摘要 | The RFMB is dedicated to overall management and promotion of domestic resource recovery from waste. A recent realization is that, garbage is resources and “gold”, and moving to a “circular economy” is now the world trend. We aim to: Change the current thinking of linear economic development, promote circular production and life styles, strengthen the integration of energy and capital, improve the recycling and reuse of waste resources, and establish an environmentally-friendly society with “zero waste and low energy consumption”. This will , enable the public to understand the impact of their daily actions to recycle resources, and put into motion solutions to environmental problems. It will, enable people to actively participate in and take actions to solve or prevent environmental problems, and enable resources to be used continuously. The recyclable items announced by Taiwan EPA are classified into 13 categories, 33 subcategories, and 67 types. The waste recycling rate has increased from 12.68% in 2001 to 60.54% in 2018. The annual carbon reduction amounts to 1.86 million tons, and the resource recycling rate has reached 86.55%. Not only is the recycling rate improved, but the misplacement of resources is also reduced, which in turn extracts high-value materials from waste and facilitates the manufacture of products made from recycled materials. Wetsuits made of recycled tires, yarn fabric made from coffee waste and plastic bottles, and art made from waste glass are good examples of the improvement.. Featuring regenerated furniture, this exhibition incorporates the concept of home life and green economy to create a dining room, living room, and bedroom. Fully integrating recycled products into daily life, the purpose of this exhibition is to make the visitors feel the intimacy of being at home. The exhibition demonstrates the results of recycling and reusing resources in Taiwan and emphasizes the inseparable link between resource recycling and our daily lives. Improving the effectiveness of promotion also enables exhibitors to demonstrate their results and enhance technological exchange to achieve the concept of a circular economy, covering environmental protection, recycling, and regeneration. | ||
