This project, in response to the amendment of the Toxic Chemical Substances Control Act (TCSCA), include concerned chemical substances that have been specified and announced as being hazardous by the central competent authority. Completed the release of 9 regulations amendments, 3 regulations amendment drafts, 1 regulation is listed as long-term tracking. This project covered the revision of 13 regulations, including the comments of relevant meetings, the description of the reply, and the rolling review and revision the draft of regulations, etc. This project also helped to finalize an infrastructure development program, which was approved on May 17 by the Executive Yuan, and to propose a cost-benefit analysis report. Designed electronic publicity tools, and produced new amended regulations briefing notes and QA questionnaires as broadcast files, conduct online advocacy. As to the promotion activities, this project proposed a community propaganda plan in Haifong Township to enhance the risk communication. Draw promotional posters and promotional materials, complete the simple response formula for poisons, evacuation on the spot, and the key announcement of the new announcement in January 2020. A promotion event, Hazard Control and Green Chemistry Creative Competition, was held on November 22-23 in conjunction with CIEnvE Annual Conference. In order to clarify the modification of Plan of Disaster Prevention and Protection of Toxics Substances, a general description of revision and a comparison table were provided. An organizational learning activity was conducted in Taoyuan Disaster Education Center and Good Time Farm, tackling issues about disaster prevention and food safety. During execution duration, 15 meetings have been held.
