108年度雲林縣濁水溪河川揚塵監測及應變暨宣導推動計畫
| 中文摘要 | 行政院於107年核定3年11億餘元的「濁水溪揚塵防制及改善行動方案」，區分「水利」、「造林」及「防災應變」三大主軸，主要由水利署等負責「水利」治本工作，農委員等負責「造林」治本工作，環保署與地方政府負責預警監測及「防災應變」等治標工作，治理原則為：分段整治、河道整理、減少裸露地及降低揚塵等四項為主，各單位相互合作提高濁水溪河川揚塵防制效益。 依據「濁水溪揚塵防制及改善行動方案」，108年河川揚塵事件日目標為41天，在中央與地方共同治理下，108年揚塵事件日僅發生29天，提前達到109年的目標(109年目標為30天)，除此之外，麥寮與崙背測站PM10較107年平均減少15μg/m3及21μg/m3，相關量化結果均顯示濁水溪河川揚塵已獲得改善。 | ||
