108-109年度應回收廢棄物稽核認證團體（廢電子電器及廢資訊物品類）專案工作計畫

中文摘要 本計畫執行期間（108年1月起至109年12月）之廢電子電器及廢資訊物品類廢物品稽核認證量部分，廢電子電器類總計廢CRT電視機稽核認證量為1,151,123台，廢LCD電視機稽核認證量為920,053台，廢電冰箱稽核認證量為930,504台，廢洗衣機稽核認證量為984,233台，廢冷暖氣機稽核認證量為2,014,966台，廢電風扇稽核認證量為309,964台，各類廢電子電器總稽核認證量合計為6,310,843台。廢CRT顯示器161,215台及廢LCD顯示器1,624,460台，廢主機（A類、B類、C類與D類）2,135,278台，廢可攜式電腦-廢筆記型電腦360,322台，廢可攜式電腦-廢平板電腦99,284台，廢印表機847,622台及廢鍵盤891,319台，各類廢資訊物品總稽核認證量合計為6,119,500台。 本計畫執行期間（108年1月至109年12月）廢電子電器及廢資訊物品類缺件廢物品稽核認證量，總計有廢LCD電視機23,910公斤、廢電冰箱10,435公斤、廢冷暖氣機130公斤、廢CRT顯示器285公斤。缺件廢物品稽核認證量廢電子電器類共計認證34,475公斤，廢資訊物品類共計認證285公斤。 本計畫執行期間（108年1月起至109年12月）查驗不符允收廢物品廢電子電器類總計廢CRT電視機1,527台、廢LCD電視機（27吋以下）510台、廢LCD電視機（超過27吋）2,338台、廢電冰箱1,606台、廢洗衣機1,477台、廢冷暖氣機1,682台及廢電風扇478台，總不符允收數量合計為9,618台；廢資訊物品類總計廢CRT顯示器262台、廢LCD顯示器1,122台、廢主機A類1,236台、廢主機B類68台、廢主機C類5台、廢可攜式電腦-廢筆記型電腦149台、廢可攜式電腦-廢平板電腦116台、廢印表機478台及廢鍵盤1,071台，不符允收數量合計為4,507台。廢電子電器及廢資訊物品不符允收數量共計14,125台，共減少廢電子電器類之基金支出3,532,206元，廢資訊物品類之基金支出606,684元，合計共減少廢電子電器及廢資訊物品基金4,138,890元之支出。

The Third-party Inspection and Certification on Waste Information Technology Appliances and Electrical and Electronic equipment

英文摘要 From January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020, the totally certificated amount of waste electronic and electric appliances were 6,310,843 sets, including 1,151,123 CRT TVs, 920,053 LCD TVs, 930,504 refrigerators, 984,233 washing machines, 2,014,966 air conditioners and 309,964 electric fans. The totally certificated amount of waste information technology equipments were 6,119,500 sets, including 161,215 CRT monitors, 1,624,460 LCD monitors, 2,135,278 class A, B , C and D computer cases, 360,322 notebooks, 99,284 tablet PCs, 847,622 printers and 891,319 keyboards. During project period (from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020), the amount of waste electronic and electric appliances which lack components reached 34,475 kg, included 23,910 LCD TVs, 10,435 refrigerators and 130 air conditioners. The amount of waste information technology equipments which lack components reached 285 kg, included 285 CRT monitors. During project period (from January 1, 2019 to December 31, 2020), the amount of unqualified waste electronic and electric appliances reached 9,618 sets, included 1,527 CRT TVs, 510 LCD TVs(under 27 inches), 2,338 LCD TVs(over 27 inches), 1,606 refrigerators, 1,477 washing machines, 1,682 air conditioners and 478 electric fans. The amount of unqualified waste information technology equipments reached 4,507 sets, included 262 CRT monitors, 1,122 LCD monitors, 1,236 class A computer cases, 68 class B computer cases, 5 class C computer cases, 0 class D computer cases, 149 notebooks, 116 tablet PCs, 478 printers and 1,071 keyboards. The subsidy saved for unqualified waste electronic and electric appliances was 3,532,206 NT dollars and for unqualified waste information technology equipments was 606,684 NT dollars. Sum of total savings was 4,138,890 NT dollars.
