This project has been executed since Jan.,2019, including motor vehicle noise control, traffic noise pollution inspection on public sentiment (for railroad and highway), non-ionizing radiation (base station and electric facilities), environmental noise check, airport noise control center ＆ monitoring station check, and instrument verification and calibration, etc. The plan was implemented from Jan. 1st, to Dec. 15th, 2019, and completed all work processes in accordance with the planning schedule. The contract was signed as amount of NT$ 3.9 million. The manpower is arranged according to the contract requirement, as of project director, project manager, engineers and on-site representative.
Key accomplishments are including, a total of 47 cross-departmental inspections while joining environmental protection, police force, and motor vehicles offices. A total of 41 prenotice-to-check sessions. A total of 26 noise analysis and monitoring on civic complaint hotspots. A total of 16 “Educational Conferences for Noise Regulation” were conducted.Sorts of traffic noise monitoring cases were executed, including, total of 13 monitoring cases on express highway, highway, and roads; total of 7 executed on railways. A total of 50 measurements on non-ionizing radiation tests. A total of 8 environmental noise inspections was performed.Checks on noise control center and monitoring station of Xinshe Airport and Ching-Chuan-Kang Air Force Base were completed in the 2nd quarter, 2019. All performing instruments are verified and calibrated within the project period.
