108年「環境清潔維護管理系統維運及功能提升計畫」
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫係根據歷年清淨家園全民運動顧厝邊部落格綠色生活網(EcoLife)建置計畫，將其成果持續維護及提升綠網既有功能，增進綠網操作的友善度並使資料應用能更加符合管理需求；透過登革熱、公廁及環境衛生等面向辦理教育訓練與開發系統功能，逐步落實清淨家園樂活化的環境新主張。 本計畫執行成果如下：於活動面辦理綠網及環境衛生議題教育訓練，輔導281人次；編修或新增操作手冊、問答集與影片共84式；提供環境衛生專屬諮詢服務共1,111人次。網站面著重在網站改版功能的精進與2大專區的建置，完成系統操作介面整合及功能的簡化。登革熱面完成孳生源地圖成果查詢達190筆、登革熱案件提醒及病媒蚊監測資料匯入共2,028筆。 公廁面持續提升公廁業務後台管理完整性、擴充及優化使用者操作介面、匯入查核人員公廁APP資料共1,236筆，並配合建構優質公廁工程管控系統、開發工程填報平台，共完成831座公廁資料填報。資安面完成網站內容14個項目檢核與3次資安問題排除，健全系統維護與網路安全管理作業。其他業務方面，則配合業務單位需求調修，綜合以上功能維護及開發作業，以提升系統友善度、業務管理成效，並掌握環境衛生現況。 | ||

The 2019 Project of Maintaining a Clean Environment and Upgrading the Functions of EcoLife Website
| 英文摘要 | Having been implemented for several years on EcoLife website, the project aims to maintain and upgrade its existing functions, including improving the website’s user-friendliness and making the data analysis applicable to the management of the website. In addition, educational training and workshops were held to raise people’s awareness of the dengue fever, sanitary public toilets and clean environment. It is hoped that the new environmental viewpoint that we live in a cleaner and greener homeland can be adopted step by step through these events. The achievements of this project are as follows. The number of participants in the educational training on the issue of hygiene environment and the EcoLife was 281. The edited or supplementary manuals as well as 84 Q ＆ As and videos were offered. The number of consultants for environmental hygiene services totaled 1111. In terms of the website, the changes involve the refinement of the revised website, the construction of two main special areas, the integration of the system-operation interface and the simplification of its functions. Besides, the map of source of the dengue fever was used for 190 times, and the total number of the imported database of the monitoring vector mosquitoes was 2028. As for the public toilet, we continued to enhance the completeness of the backstage content management system and optimize the users’ interface. There were 1236 pieces of the imported data of public toilet on App from the inspectors. Not only did we build up the monitoring system of the clean public toilet, we also developed a reporting system. The information of 831 public toilets was completed. Regarding the information security, we checked the 14 contents and got rid of the problems for three times to improve the network’s security. Other adjustments were provided for each cooperating sectors’ demands. The establishment and maintenance of the above-mentioned functions have successfully improved the system’s user-friendliness and the effectiveness of business management. These functions have also helped users to keep track of the currently environmental hygiene status. | ||
