事業放流水中較難檢測之有機物質檢測技術開發專案工作
中文摘要 | 本計畫目標為開發事業放流水中較難檢測有機物質之檢測技術開發,包含聯苯胺、N-亞硝二乙胺、N-亞硝二甲胺、4-氨基聯苯、苯并[a]芘、2-萘胺、六氯苯、氨基甲酸乙酯(胺甲酸乙酯)、1,2-苯并蔥、鄰苯二甲酸(2-乙基己基)酯、二甲基甲醯胺、甲磺酸乙酯、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、N-甲基甲醯胺與二甲基乙醯胺以上15個化合物種,其中苯并[a]芘、六氯苯、1,2-苯并蔥、鄰苯二甲酸雙(2-乙基己基)酯、甲磺酸乙酯以GC/MS進行分析;N-亞硝二乙胺、N-亞硝二甲胺以GC-MS/MS進行分析;其它的有機物則以LC-MS/MS進行分析。 各化合物分別建置一決定係數(coefficient of determination, R2)> 0.99以上之檢量線,方法RSD符合原有計畫規範20%,待測物濃度之儀器訊躁比(S/N) > 2.5,經以上檢視15項標的物多數化合物達到水污法偵測極限需求,惟鄰苯二甲酸二 (2-乙基己基)酯於方法空白中即檢出超過水污法偵測極限需求之濃度,雖實驗器皿均經由丙酮潤洗後使用,仍無法完全排除其干擾,且World Health Organization, 2003即指出城市中的大氣懸浮微粒鄰苯二甲酸酯類濃度約為5~132 ng/m3(Cautreels W et al., 1977, Bove JL et al., 1977)。 最後,運用上述技術開發之分析條件,完成國內3場次、每一化合物至少檢測1場次之真實樣品分析,以評估方法適用性,並提出相應之5種檢測方法操作程序草案。 | ||

Development the Analytical Technique of Organic Pollutants for Specific Industries
英文摘要 | The object of this project was to develop analytical methods for those pollutants in industries wastewater. The target compounds including Benzidine, N-Nitrosodiethylamine, N-Nitrosodimethylamine, 4-Aminobiphenyl, Benzo[a]pyrene, 2-Naphthylamine, Hexachlorobenzene, Ethyl carbamate (Urethane), Ben[a]anthracene, Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate, Dimethylformamide, Ethyl methanesulfonate, N-methylpyrrolidone, N-Methylformamide and Dimethyl acetamide. In thos project use the GC/MS, GC/MS/MS, LC/MS/MS to estabalish the detection of method limit. Each compound has a calibration curve with 決定係數R2>0.99 or higher. The method RSD is 20%, and the instrument signal to noise ratio (S/N) of the DL is 2.5. Most of 15 objects have reached the limit requirement of the water pollution method., except the Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate. The concentration of Di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate in the method blank exceeds the limit requirement of the water pollution method. Although the experimental vessels were rinsed with acetone, the noise could not be completely eliminated. According to the World Health Organization, 2003, the concentration of phthalate esters in the city is about 5~132 ng/m3 (Cautreels W et al., 1977, Bove JL et al., 1977). The analytical method developed in this project were proven to be pratical by surveying at 3 field samples, each compounds at leat 1 field sample. Establish analysis method for target pollutants and developing 5 kinds of standard analysis methods for EPA. | ||
