108、109年資源回收業務資訊系統維運管理與整合

中文摘要 資源回收管理資訊系統(RRMS)係發展超過十年以上的資訊系統,配合我國回收處理政策,提供環保署、環保局、稽核認證團體、回收處理業者、責任業者、販賣業者等約12,300名使用者系統服務,並協助基管會推行重大政策與例行業務。本計畫執行工作包含:「維運CCTV即時監控影像雲端平臺及計量即時連線傳輸系統」、「建置、整合維運及提升資源回收管理資訊系統各子系統相關功能」、「資料開放作業並強化網站服務功能及資安防護管理」等工作。藉由執行成果,本計畫兩年期之階段性任務已全數完成,包含提供超過13,000件次客服案例、42項資料集開放、829案需求單等系統維運工作;並完成:資源回收網(中、英文)、查定課費功能模組、雲端計量等系統開發工作。最後,本計畫並協助RRMS通過行政院資訊安全檢核,使其符合資通安全管理法之規範,穩定提供優質系統服務品質。

2019-2020 Project on Incorporation and Maintenance of the Resources Recycling Management Information System

英文摘要 With the implementation of recycling policy in Taiwan, Resources Recycling Management Information System (RRMS) has been developed over a decade. RRMS assist the recycling work execution in the long term, the users of RRMS are over 12,300 that from Environmental Protection Administration, recycling companies, Auditing and verifying organization and so on. The tasks of the project are including CCTV real-time and metering equipment real-time online system maintenance, RRMS function module development, Open-data and data application, and Information Security Management System. All tasks of the project have been completed. Includes: provide more than 13,000 customer service cases, 42 data sets release, 829 sets require case. Moreover, that all new official website of the Recycling Fund Management Board and the online declaration modules for responsible enterprise…have been release successfully. At last, RRMS also passed the Information Security inspection by Executive Yuan in 2020. RRMS is not only fit the regulation and provide stable service continuously.
