農業廢水綠色防治技術研析計畫

中文摘要 本計畫主要協助環保署研析農業非點源污染綠色防治技術本土適切化方法,包含彙整國內外非點源污染管理現況與綠色防治技術、我國農業非點源污染案例分析、綠色防治技術現地試驗、指導手冊編制及辦理專家諮詢會議、成果推廣會議等相關工作。本計畫已綜整美國、荷蘭、英國、日本及韓國等對於農業非點源污染之管理制度,也彙整常見農業非點源污染改善技術與方案,並針對我國農業非點源污染熱區,分析9條流域其污染來源與污染總量,及擬定因應管理策略。此外,以不同化肥施用量及搭配光合菌添加,本計畫執行臺北、桃園及臺東3處地區現地試驗成果可得知,光合菌可促使作物有效吸收營養鹽生長,達化肥減量使用且作物生長良好;反之,過量施肥會造成作物嚴重肥傷,且隨著施肥量增加,田間入滲水及逕流水氮、磷等物質濃度也隨之增加,顯示大多肥料多因雨水或灌溉水淋洗而流失。本計畫也完成3場專家諮詢會議及2場成果推廣說明會之辦理,並編製指導手冊,可作為未來綠色防治技術推廣應用之參考依據。

Research Project of Green Control Technology for Agricultural Wastewater

英文摘要 Research of green control technology for agricultural non-point source pollution was conducted in this project. The management strategies of agricultural non-point source pollution in the United States, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Japan, and South Korea and etc. were collected and evaluated, and the common best management practices and green control technologies for agricultural non-point source pollution were explored as well. This project analyzed the source and amount of pollution discharges in nine rivers, and proposed applicable management strategies. Furthermore, with different quantity of fertilizers addition and the application of phototrophic bacteria, the results of field test in Taipei, Taoyuan, and Taitung conclued that phototrophic bacteria could promote the tested crops to effectively acquire nutrients with similar harvest compared to the application without phtotrophic bacteria. Conversely, excessive fertilization might not be necessary to enhance the crops growth and cause crops damage. As the fertilizers addition increased, nutrients mass in infiltration water and runoff water was higher either because most fertilizers were lost rapidly with rainfall or irrigation water. Moreover, three expert consultation meetings, two promotional activities, and the promotion guideline were completed to support government’s future work regarding the application of green control technologies for agricultural non-point source pollution mitigtion.
