"The Project of Air Pollution Petitions Inspecting Control of Changhua County in 2019" had begun from Jan.-1- 2019 to Dec.-31-2019. The results as below: 1. In order to increase the efficiency of air pollution petitioning cases execution, the executive team assists in inspecting, informing of public nuisance cases for 8,283 times. For the implement of environmental protection, the executive team carries out case-checking, reviewing ＆ interviewing for 4 times. 2.The executive team implements funnel or borderline sampling and odor determination for 18 times, among which there are 3 result not complying with the standard. 3.To reinforce the inspecting technique of environmental inspector, the team carries out 5 training sessions. Through these training sessions, we can improve the capability, professional knowledge, skill of inspectors and executive staff of the plan.4.The team also help the calibration of inspecting equipment ＆ sampling devices. Furthermore, the team carry out training sessions of purchasing equipment ＆ devices to enhance the ability of evidence collection during inspecting. This project completed purchasing 500 promoting gifts and 1 press release. This project also held 12 meetings of project performance review.
