桃園市滲眉埤土壤污染管制區應變必要措施計畫─監督及驗證工作
| 中文摘要 | 本計畫之主要工作項目分為監督驗證及技術支援工作，在監督驗證工作方面，主要係針對「桃園市滲眉埤土壤污染管制區應變必要措施計畫」，以第三者公正角色監督施作及驗證改善後是否能符合土壤污染管制標準，以達維護人民健康及推動土地再利用之目標。而在技術支援工作方面，主要建立工程內部管理機制及進度控管，包含公文控管、進度控管、工作討論會召開及溝協調工作、各式報告審查及彙整等，另協調解決污染改善工作中遭遇爭議事件，協助機關與其他行政機關相關技術議題之研析及處理。 本計畫已完成20個人月現場監督工作，並填寫監督日誌(含照片紀錄)，記錄每日工作情形，包含監督細密調查、地形及高程測量、假設工程施作、客土進場查驗、污染改善工作及監督驗證採樣、污染土離場，另每月定期彙整工作報告及召開工作討論會，共計召開20次，客土進場查驗共計完成約200,838立方公尺(約300,892.97公噸)及完成108,360平方公尺污染改善面積之監督，且以每公頃執行10點次為原則進行驗證工作，共計完成123點次驗證採樣工作，完成8項重金屬XRF篩測樣品983組及全量分析樣品141組，完成12組戴奧辛分析，依據分析結果全數符合契約規定，另依據備查之土壤離場處置計畫書完成1,156.98公噸污染土離場監督及跟車工作。 | ||
