I. The exhaust control inspection operations of the motorcycle
The number of motorcycles registered in the county is 293,893, of which the number of motorcycles that have been transported for more than 5 years should be checked to 208,386, accounting for about 71% of the number of motorcycles registered in the county. In order to publicize and promote the elimination of two-stroke motorcycles in exchange for electric two-wheelers, except for entrusting large television walls and radio stations to broadcast propaganda, we have also sent 90,000 mobile phone text messages, printed 2,000 propaganda materials and 2,000 propaganda statements, and made 600 propaganda posters and 200 propaganda banners to expand the overall propaganda level.
IV. Evaluation of pollution reduction benefits
We have used motorcycle unqualified inspections and adjustments to improve, eliminate old motorcycles, and stop idling propaganda. Therefore, the NMHC (non-methane hydrocarbon) reduction is 85.22 tons/year, CO (carbon monoxide) reduction is 391.62 tons/year, PM2.5 (fine suspended particles) reduction is 4.39 tons, CO2 (carbon dioxide) reduction is 827.83 tons/year in the county.
