108年度屏東縣空氣品質監測站操作維護及品保品管計畫

中文摘要 依合約規定,於108年02月01日至109年01月31日期間執行空氣品質監測站操作維護及人工測站採樣工作。並在履約期間執行1次一般空氣品質儀器設備第三方功能查核及揮發性有機物(VOCs)鋼瓶進行氣體比對工作。 於操作維護期間均依合約規定定期執行維護保養工作,並於期限內提交期末報告。其每月各項儀器資料可用率部分皆達90%以上。 鹽洲測站空氣品質分析結果,SO2、NO2、O3、CO、PM10執行期間其監測濃度大致未超過空氣品質之規範;揮發性有機物濃度分析結果顯示,各月份前五大物種包含甲苯、丙烷、乙烷、正丁烷、乙烯、間-對二甲苯、乙炔、異丙基苯及異戊烷等。 鹽洲測站空氣品質不良日,依據環保署AQI指標之規範,自108年02月01日至109年01月31日,空氣品質不良日數共計115天。細懸浮微粒(PM2.5)自108年02月01日至109年01月31日,共有74天之二十四小時值大於法規標準值35 µg/m3。

2019 Annual Operation and Maintenance of the Pingtung Air Monitoring Stations and Quality Assurance Project

英文摘要 According to the contract, this project had completed including maintenance of the manual operation air monitoring stations and sampling of the manual operation monitoring station from Feb. 1, 2019 to Jan. 31, 2020. Also executed air monitoring stations and gas comparison of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) cylinders by third-part function checking system at one time during the compliance period. All the maintenance is performed regularly according to the contract, and the final report as submitted as scheduled. The availability rate of each instrument's data was over 90% each month. According to the YanJou air monitoring stations monitoring results, the SO2、NO2、O3、CO、PM10 concentration did not exceed the air quality standards during the implementation. The top five species of volatile organic compound concentration in each month include toluene, propane, ethane, n-butane, ethylene, m-p-xylene, acetylene, cumene and isopentane, etc. There were 115 days perform with poor air quality (AQI>100) in the YanJou air monitoring stations from Feb. 1, 2019 to Jan. 31, 2020. And the Suspended Particulates (PM2.5) exceeding the 24-hour average standard (35 µg/m3)accounted for 74 days from Feb. 1, 2019 to Jan. 31, 2020.
