This plan investigated and explained the changes of noise complaint cases for the past 5 years, such as sound source type, control zone type, time period, inspection division, county and city type, and multiple complaint cases. In order to improve the quality of the inspected case, a total of 640 inspection record sheets were reviewed, and for the deficiency of records or measurements, as well as the cancellation of the case after fined, the reasons were analyzed and suggestions for improvement were provided. Since it has been 10 years for low-frequency noise control, as foreign countries also had related research on A-weighting, also the problem in situ that EPD responded. This plan collected the papers of relevant international low-frequency noise-related information and 35 spots were measured for different distance (0.5m and 1m) of low frequency and overall frequency noise to evaluate the feasibility of strengthening the low frequency noise range in the future. This plan helped checking the validity of the relevant explanation letters of the current Noise Control Law. It also conducted a national noise control workshop, combined with special lectures and practical operations, to improve the understanding of inspectors on regulations. For the control of construction project noise, the implementation of construction project control plans of each county and city EPD were collected, and continuously updated the content of construction site noise prevention technical guidelines.
