再生再利用粒料適材適所循環利用專案計畫

中文摘要 縣市政府推動再生粒料應用工程,常面臨工程主管機關與環保主關機關間缺乏橫向溝通, 及設計單位、施工單位、監造單位、供料機構間對於再生粒料使用上資訊不足,導致推動成效有限。此外,再生粒料種類多元,可應用工程項目亦有重疊,以整體再生粒料管理層面而言, 應將各種再生粒料適才適所運用, 避免多種再生粒料集中於同一用途之情形。 本計畫經由協助新北市推動三項再生粒料試辦工程, 建立施工綱要規範、訂定相關法規, 並透過產源及再利用機構輔導,研訂再生粒料驗證制度,整合為由產源、再利用機構到施工單位各階段推動之作業程序,作為後續進一步推廣至其他縣市之實施參考。

The appropriate application technology of aggregate and management strategy project plan

英文摘要 The city governments promote the application of recycled aggregate but often faced with the lack of lateral communication between the engineering authority and the environmental protection authority. Insufficient information on the use of recycled aggregate among design units, construction units, manufacturing supervision units and material supply agencies have resulted in limited promotion results. In addition, the types of recycled aggregate are diverse, and the applicable engineering projects are overlapped. In terms of the management of recycled aggregate, recycled aggregate should be used appropriately to avoid the situation where various recycled aggregates are concentrated for the same purpose. This project assists New Taipei City to promote three pilot projects of recycled aggregate, to establish construction outline specifications, formulate relevant laws and regulations, through the guidance of production sources and recycling agencies to develop a verification system for recycled aggregate, and integrate the operation procedures promoted by the production source, reuse organization, and construction unit at various stages, as a promotion reference for other cities.
