108年度臺中市河川、海域水體水質監測計畫

中文摘要 本計畫期末報告執行期間為108年1月至12月,茲將計畫執行成果內容彙整如下: 一、由水質分析數據結果顯示: (一)目前臺中市河川水質(17站次)狀況歷年來大致穩定,受到地質影響(錳為地殼中主要元素,在水質之pH為中及鹼性之條件下,大多以非溶解性之氧化態存在,自然水體中含量本高)使重金屬錳(Mn)為經常性超標之項目。部分針對性測站如大肚溪與大安溪部分,因位於河川出海口河段而受漲退潮之海水影響至導電度偏高,而大安溪中科三期放流口下游之總磷與氨氮值有偏高的情形,於1月至12月間共計執行1092項次之檢測,其中有879項次符合丙類水體標準,其符合率最高者為5月份的85.7%,其他月份符合率則介於65.9 %~85.7 %,總符合率為80.5 %。 (二)市區區域排水測站(15站次)除了綠川及南邊溪外,其餘皆呈現「中度污染」之水質污染程度,其中本年度綠川RPI=2.61屬「輕度污染」、南邊溪RPI=2.27屬「輕度污染」。 (三)海線河川及區域排水(17站次)之臺中港區區域排水呈現「未(稍)受污染」~「中度污染」,溫寮溪RPI=1.99、頂店第二大排RPI=1.59、北汕溪RPI=1.70、頂店圳RPI=1.32之區域排水則呈現「未(稍)受污染」之水質污染程度。 (四)海域水質(5站次)檢測結果顯示,臺中地區沿海水質狀況十分良好,目前總共80項次檢測中,共計80項次符合甲類海域地面水體水質標準,符合率為100%。 (五)海灘水質(2站次) 1、5月份海灘水質數「不宜」之等級;2、3、9、11及12月份海灘水質呈現「普通」之等級,4、6、7、8及10月份則達「優良」之等級,其中大腸桿菌群、腸球菌群、濁度偶有受海流及大安溪匯入影響而偏高,導致海灘水質未能全年度維持「優良」等級。

2019 Taichung River and Sea Water Quality Monitoring Project

英文摘要 The implementation period of the final report of this project is from January to December 2008. The results of the implementation of the project are summarized as follows: 1. The beach water quality in May was rated as "unfavorable"; the beach water quality in February, March, September, November and December was rated as "normal", 4, 6, 7, 8, and In October, it reached the "good" grade. Among them, the E. coli group, the enterococcus group, and the turbidity were occasionally high due to the impact of ocean currents and the influx of the Daan River. As a result, the beach water quality failed to maintain the "good" grade throughout the year.
