108年度花蓮縣柴油動力計排煙檢測站檢驗計畫

中文摘要 依 據 環 保 署 相 關 統 計 資 料 顯 示 ， 我 國 PM2.5 境外傳輸來源比率約為34%~40%，境內污染源比率約為60%~66%，而境內污染源中，移動源影響比率約為30%~37%、工業源約為27%~31%，其他污染源約為32%~43%，其中屬移動源中柴油車所排出之粒狀污染物，為影響空氣品質主要污染來源之一，為管制本縣柴油引擎為主之移動性污染源，降低其污染排放量，以減少空氣污染對縣民造成之健康危害，花蓮縣環境保護局於本年度持續執行108 年度「花蓮縣柴油動力計排煙檢測站檢驗計畫」，執行各項柴油車管制相關業務。

英文摘要 According to the relevant statistics of the Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), the source ratio of PM2.5 by overseas transmission in our country is approximately 34% ~ 40%, the ratio of domestic pollution sources is about 60% ~ 66%, and among domestic pollution sources, the ratio of mobile sources is about 30% to 37%, industrial sources are about 27% to 31%, and other pollution sources are about 32% to 43%, among mobile source, it is particle matter pollution emitted by diesel vehicles are thought one of the main pollution sources affecting air quality. In order to control diesel vehicles of mobile source, reduce its emissions and the health hazards caused by air pollution to the residents. Environmental Protection Bureau Hualien County continues to execute”Hualien Old Diesel Car large Vehicle Elimination and Installation of Filter Subsidy Review Project”, execute various diesel fuel control related businesses.
