109年「排放管道中粒狀污染物檢測技術評鑑績效評估計畫 」

中文摘要 環保署環境檢驗所為提升國內檢測技術,於所內建置模擬煙道粒狀物比測系統,此系統可穩定產生不同粒狀物質量濃度,提供檢測業者進行比對,並藉著累積比測資料,建立模擬煙道不同參數對質量濃度之關係,作為評估檢測業者檢測技術之方式 目前的模擬煙道能夠穩定產生濃度(20 ~ 300 mg/Nm3)的粒狀物質量濃度,產生的風速介於1 ~ 10 m/s,而溫度範圍為室溫 ~ 80 ℃。除了執行例行性的比測工作外,同時也蒐集比測業者檢測參數,藉此評估誤差來源。計畫中除了執行例行比測外,也改善模式對比測結果的準確度,並評估5種不同粒狀物濃度的監測技術,做為評估模擬煙道穩定度之用途。 模擬煙道校正與維護已完成,並已執行20家例行性比測,其中18家完成低濃度檢測。比測結果與108年度模式標準值相近,且經由計算之理論值也與比測結果接近,代表模擬煙道具有相當之可信度。使用DS模式作為粒狀物質量濃度標準更具有代表性,而質量濃度監測建議使用光學式設備進行,因模擬煙道粒狀物成分較為單純,具有快速反應時間之光學式設備能夠有最佳之表現。

The evaluation program of stack PM measurement performance

英文摘要 The simulated emission stack established by the NIEA was used to improve the inspecting ability of domestic environmental inspection companies. This stack can generate stable velocity, particle mass concentration and temperature for the tester to carry out the PM measurement. By accumulating comparison data, the relationship between different velocity and the mass concentration is established as a way to evaluate the inspecting ability of the inspection industry The mass concentration provided by the stack is ranged from 20 ~ 300 mg/Nm3,and the velocity is ranged from 1 ~ 10 m/s, the temperature is ranged from room temperature to 80 ℃. This project also collects testing parameters from each test in order to find out the source of bias. Five models were evaluated to improve the accuracy of the stack standard. This project also evaluated the suitability of five PM monitors for recording the mass concentration. The calibration and maintenance had been done and 20 companies had completed the test. 18 of 20 companies had also completed low mass concentration tests. The results are similar to the model build in 2019 and also similar to the theoretical values. This prove the reliability of the stack. The DS model is more representative for predicting the mass concentration of the stack. The photometer was suggested to monitor the mass concentration in the stack. Because the particle composition is stable and the photometer with fast response time can have the best performance.
